來自住宿之回應: Dear Mr DenishSh,we are really sorry for this review. It seems that, during your recent stay, no mention about your disappointment was reported to any member of the Staff. It is a shame as we would have loved to listen your suggestions and find together a solution. We are sorry for your note about the Restaurant and be sure we already shared your comments with the Staff.Our Classic Suites have two bathroom, one with bathtube and the other with a shower in order to accomplish our Guests preferences. Unfortunately, using a nickname, we are not sure we recalled the correct reservation, but, if it is, probably the dimension was relatively small as you were in four instead of three Guests originally booked. The Excelsior, as shown in many pictures, is a symbol of classic style, reinforced by our forniture that are original antiques, carefully chosen worldwide. In these last years, many projects have been realized, the latest has been the new facade. Many others are on the way and will be revealed very soon! Trusting we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you back, we stay at your disposal for any need and send our best regards.Aldo WerdinGeneral Manager
