Check in was amazing, Valerie was incredible and made the whole stay! She was extremely friendly and personable. Don’t lose her!
The room was clean and breakfast was great. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Our entire stay was amazing! Room was exceptional ally clean and well laid out. Beautiful hotel overall. The amenities were wonderful especially the fact that they had FREE laundry service. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. And my favorite part was they had FULL SIZE bottles of GOOD shampoo and conditioner in the rooms showers. After staying here I will only be staying at Staybridge Suites from now on whenever it’s is available!

Fruit! The place was clean, the beds comfortable, but my travel food bloated body rejoiced at actual fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet. Definitely a great stay in an area where hotel quality can be iffy.

We try to stay here whenever we are in Rapid City. Always a pleasant stay, very clean rooms and lobby, nice full size fridge and essentials in kitchen area, excellent shower heads, top name brand amenities, friendly caring and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast choices, just a wonderful hotel!!!!

The staff and service at this hotel were just wonderful. So courteous and helpful. Especially appreciated the manager of the free breakfast every morning. He happily greeted and chatted with people as they came in for breakfast and the breakfast each morning was wonderful! We loved staying at this Staybridge. Also very reasonably priced.

Really comfortable place to stay with Kids. We come to Rapid city 2-3 times/year - till now it’s the best experience. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is also awesome.
