I don't understand why this hotel charge me an extra $19.52 per room?

I got a reminder on my phone every day saying housekeeping services were provided every three days. We had a 5 night stay and never did get any housekeeping services. I had to go down to the front desk twice for towels and down another time for Kleenex. The juice machine had a sign on the orange juice section saying “Out of Order” the entire time we were there. The most popular breakfast juice, and never available. I really question the machine being out of order. Or was it they didn’t want to supply orange juice. Bagels served, but no cream cheese which is what most people put on a Bagel. Scrambled eggs were so reduced down, they didn’t even taste like eggs. Fruit basket had no bananas which is the most common breakfast fruit. We ended up going to McDonals for breakfast three out of our five days. At least we could get a real egg and orange juice.

Stay started out wonderful. Since we were staying several nights, we had to request housekeeping services. LBreakfast on third morning had no protein options, etc. We made a mistake on reservation so extra night was over $75 more a night for each room with absolutely no flexibility from management. This motel chain is on my “never again” list!

Was given the wrong room, and the staff would not correct the issue. Next we were informed that the restaurant next door would provide us with a 10% discount as hotel guests. When we recieved our bill it was only 10% off of 1 entre. So we were completely misinformed by hotel staff. The only reason we chose that restaurant was for the 10% off our cost for 5 family members. Was not expecting a $100 dinner bill for our family of 5. Lastly, this hotel was very crowded and under-staffed. We waited in line for over 20 minutes to be checked-in. At breakfast, there was no place to sit due to the fact that the restaurant was so over crowded. Would NEVER stay here again. This was a very bad experience for us.

Had a King Suite with Jacuzzi Tub. Room was clean and quiet. Tub was nice. The bed was very uncomfortable!!

Everything from the check-in to my check-out was wonderful. Amazing friendly staff. My room was spotless - even in the areas where dust gathers and is usually missed, around the windows and the floor trim. A delightful place to stay while in the Rapid City area.

The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The hot tub was down for maintenance but we enjoyed the pool. My daughter loved the water slide. I would definitely stay again.

We were in town for an event and found room here at great price. Hotel is very nice and good breakfast in the morning. I loved the glass shower. very nice
