海變別墅(Sea Change Villas)

Came back on the 21/04/24 after spending 8 nights at Sea Changes. This is an honest review of my experiences at Sea Changes. From what I saw some of the beachfront Villas were more modern and in good condition and had direct access to the beach. If you not mobile you will struggle to access the beach from your beachfront Villa and the steps that the other uses of the other Villas use as there is no hand rail!! As my partner found she could not access the beach at all. We were in a Garden Villa which has a view of the sea plus the road that runs in front of these Villas so be aware of that. The Villa was well equipped with the necessaries to cook if you wanted too, the welcome pack was adequate and I also had a bottle of fizz due to being my birthday. The private plunge pool also had no hand rails and quite deep steps down into the pool, so again my Partner could not access. Steph is a fantastic host plus her team and we appreciated that very much. From my experience I found the Garden Villas dated and worn and really do need up grading to enable these Villas over all to warrant a 5 star review. A must is for hand rails to be put on beach front steps and onto the pools to cater for persons who have booked these Villas whom may have mobility issues. Or if Sea-changes do not want to do this then make sure you put in your info about direct access to pools and beach may be issue if you have mobility problems.

Beach front villas here have all the comforts of home, plus awesome views of the lagoon and immediate access to snorkling and the often-empty beach stretching for kilometres in either direction. This is justly considered the best location on the island, though either a car or scooter is a must to access restaurants and other attractions. Daily housekeeping was excellent and Stephanie a very knowledgeable and responsive concierge. Hard to imagine a more relaxing beach holiday. We are already looking forward to returning.

Amazing All the Way Around! So amazing we're heading there again for a month/Jan 2024 after a great month experience in Jan 2023. Friendly and accommodating staff with all the beach toys you'll need. Rent a car for convenience and head to where ever the road takes you. Get on Island time as the world moves a lot slower here. Patiently waiting 22 days before take off. :-)

Amazing villas with private pools. Comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful with arranging tours and being flexible about checkin and prepping for the trip.

What a great stay in this wonderful accommodation. The hosts were really friendly and helpful and the staff always called before servicing the villa, which was a really nice touch. The (garden view) villa was really wonderful with a ping pong table, dart board and its own private pool. I have never slept so well on a holiday! The facilities were just wonderful and we will definitely return one day. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable and wonderful!

Loved Sea Change Villas. Thanks Stephanie and staff for adding to our wonderful stay on the island. We enjoyed a villa right on the ocean. What a wonderful experience. Quiet beach with good snorkeling and a very good staff that keeps the property top notch. Thanks to Stephanie for all the advice and scheduling she did for us during our stay. The villa is very easy to live in with plenty of room for two. The view is great and the private pool was a nice addition. We enjoyed lounging in the morning on our deck just steps from the ocean. In the evening the sunsets are wonderful from the property. Really enjoyed our stay at Sea Change Villas. Thanks again to the wonderful staff.

An amazing spot with great hosts! The room was spotless and staff were available Le when we needed but otherwise we were left well alone. Great amenities. I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better. Thank you - if you are wondering whether to stay here… don’t! Make the booking - you won’t regret it

We could not fault our stay at Sea Change Villas. From the moment we arrived we were professionally taken care of by Steph, who was so friendly and absolutely amazing during our entire stay. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast starter pack lasted us days and days and the complimentary guest laundry was a god-send. We made good use of the book and dvd library - I read 4 books in 9 days! I haven't had the luxury of reading 4 books in the last year! So for the next nine nights we lived blissfully in paradise and really didn't want to leave. The villa itself (Villa 5) was absolutely perfect - spotlessly clean with a view we just could not stop looking at! Situated on absolute beachfront on Titikaveka Beach (which we walked along daily - and most times, barely saw another soul) is absolutely stunning. Sitting out on the deck lunching and watching the tides is so relaxing. One morning we were treated to a few whales breaching and playing right in front of us! Sunsets are just gorgeous - no two coloured the same. I am missing my private little pool for an afternoon dip. The bed was so comfortable (I am very fussy as I have an old back injury and am rarely impressed with beds other than my own) that I slept soundly every single night with the sound of the ocean soothing me to sleep. Not only are these villas perfect, but also perfectly located on the island, in our opinion. There are great restaurants nearby and with Wigmore's just down the road, this was our go-to after dinner treat for a fruit soft serve in a waffle cone (the sour sop is to die for!) as well as to stock up on snacks and wine. We fell in love with Rarotonga and would not hesitate to recommend Sea Change Villas and we look forward to returning.

We had the most memorable and enjoyable stay at Sea Change villas. Initially we had booked for the lagoon view villas but we got upgraded to the beach front villas which just made our honey moon all the more special. So thank you to the awesome hostesses you made our trip! The Villa was beautiful inside and out with the best service 100% recommend staying here
