I went for check-in there is lady (JAHAN) She ask for booking number and after she ask my phone she took a picture of booking from my mobile while she doing check-in she is busy in call not paying attention to anything they way she is talking totally not acceptable . After the check-in I went in room got fresh everything is fine in room for while and suddenly there starts noise I just ignored but it’s not reduced I call to (JAHAN) she said she will send housekeeping to check after a hours I called again nobody check that’s then I called again then after 45min one guy came he said there maintenance happening I feel now it will stop but the same situation I can’t sleep I came there to relax not to get upset they really make me disappoint and early morning she me to move room I can’t do this I’m already fida up from this I ask I want refund she said her supervisor will call me but I didn’t get any response from there that’s the way Acacia treated them guest
