This is such a lovely place to stay! We had the family quadruple room (for a family of four), it was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the garden setting, the pool was a bonus with the kids, and so was the well working wifi. The breakfast was yummy, and we also very much enjoyed having a delicious Sri Lankan curry dinner on site. But the biggest asset is the fabulous host, who was beyond helpful and just lovely. He even helped us organize a beautiful birthday cake for our daughter (thank you!!!). The safari he arranged for us was amazing, the driver was so skilled at positioning the vehicle in the best spot, so we could enjoy long close up views of many many elephants, even a couple of babies. Highly recommend the place!

We visited here for 2 nights and were a family of 5 adults - two over 50yrs, two 19 year olds and a 21 year old. We were made to feel welcome straight away by the owner, and the 3 rooms we had were all spotless. It was on a B&B basis, but we requested evening meals on both nights, and all the meals we had were delicious, compliments to the chef!!! The owner of the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating and was very kind to all of us. The location is amazing overlooking the river, and the infinity pool is the perfect place to cool off in the Sri Lankan heat. We would definitely recommend this place, and hope to return when we visit Sri Lanka again. I would encourage any one to visit Sri Lanka, it’s beautiful - and this hotel is really wonderful.

Very nice place and the owner. Breakfast was very tasty, bedroom and bathroom were clean. The owner helped us with any questions! We were swimming in swimming pool and chilling on the shore of the river. Very quiet place! We will be glad to come again!

Ein absoluter Traum. Ein Hotel wie ich mir das wünsche. Sehr ruhige Lage am Fluss mit einem gepflegten Garten und sehr sauberen Pool. Der Inhaber bediente selber und machte das Abendessen sowie das Frühstück zum Erlebnis. Das schönste - es hat nur 4 Zimmer! Also kein Auflauf. Der Hotelinhaber hatte auch den Jeep und Fahrer für die Safari gebucht. Auch zu einem Top Preis! Das wir dabei dieses mal über 60 Elefanten sahen war wunderschön. Nach der Safari zurück ins Hotel und in den Pool - was gibt es besseres. Wunderbares Hotel - wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Quel bel endroit ! Accueil chaleureux les chambrées sont superbes. Endroit très calme et reposant. Avec superbe piscine ! Nous pourrions y rester une semaine sans problème ! Petit déjeuner excellent Nous y reviendrons l an prochain !??????? Vvv.
