Hotel che non ho ben capito perché ha 4 stelle. Sarà forse che siamo fuori stagione, anche se comunque sotto Pasqua, appare molto trascurato, piscina con acqua sporca, tavoli esterni ne’ apparecchiati ne’ asciugati dall’umidità almeno la mattina, colazione appena sufficiente considerando che basterebbe un buon pasticciotto o altro tipico dolce locale a darti davvero il buongiorno, neanche il caffè servito e devi apparecchiarti da solo( sul tavolo c’è solo la tovaglia) . Salvo il ristorante, datato ma di ottimo livello (forse avrà un’altra gestione????) e il gentile ragazzo alla reception. Non ci tornerei

Sono stata in questo hotel una sola notte. La posizione anche se su strada è bella, la camera aveva una bellissima vista e la signora alla reception molto gentile. Le camere però e forse l'intera struttura (oramai portata avanti da 5 generazioni) ha sicuramente bisogno di una rinfrescata. Comunque consigliato!

Just plain shocking service , on top of which the shower door leaked badly the basin did not empty the hotel is out of a Faulty Towers towers movie . Poor Poor . There are far better hotels . The only positive is the location . Shocking value and very rude service .

Albergo situato a pochi passi dal centro. Struttura eccellente con tutti i comfort, camere accoglienti ma sopratutto pulite. Il ristorante bella vista ha un'ampia sala con vista sul mare, il servizio è eccellente con piatti tipici della regione campana. Consigliato sia per viaggi di lavoro e piacere

I’ve been to numerous places, and I can vouch for this hotel as the top pick when it comes to value for money. This is a place I’d revisit – and that speaks volumes. • Location: I was on the hunt for a hotel boasting a magnificent sea view (after all, the view is what draws most to the Amalfi coast) - and this place doesn’t disappoint. Choose a balcony spot during breakfast; the entire coastline stretches out before you. Speaking of breakfast, it’s delightful with an extensive selection. • My Room: It had a touch of vintage charm, which feels just right for a hotel steeped in history. The staff were outstanding and accommodating; they parked my car in their lot, granted me an upgrade without even asking, and waited up until midnight for my check-in due to a delayed flight. All in all, I left with fond memories and a fantastic experience. If you find yourself in Ravello, don’t miss out on this gem.

This was the last leg of a long awaited holiday Italy and in Ravello where we were attending a wedding. We were so very disappointed at the condition of the hotel and poor service. Our room said private balcony but which lead onto a further balcony that was public with sun beds and a restaurant. It had agate to it but didn’t shut. The room was dirty and worn out - the bathroom door would not shut and the toilet was behind the door so you had no space to,use the toilet. I opened the free toiletry Boxes to find some empty. There were holes in the walls. No safe. One light. One small mirror. Door fell off cupboard. Wardrobe hinge was broken. The bed was so hard I asked for a change and nothing happened, I had to get 2 blankets out of the wardrobe to sleep on as I’d had no sleep for 2 days. Breakfast: went to breakfast an hour after it opened to find Nothing left, nothing had been replaced, food was left on all the tables even though the “one” ! waitress had cleared the dishes away she left the tables covered in food. The drinks machine was on one broken leg and the leak in the ceiling had not been painted. The pool in the photos have plants and a barriers but these were no where to be seen. The photos of this hotel are very deceiving. We will add photos later. Ravello in itself is stunning and hope to return. I agree with previous comments it was Like faulty towers except it was not so funny.

The views were spectacular and breathtaking. We loved our charming rooms and appreciated the cleanliness. Breakfast buffet had a large healthy variety of food.

Great location, just few minutes from the city center. quiet and clean room with everything you need and a breathtaking view. Friendly and helpful English speaking stuff. Amazing breakfast that was served to the room for us to eat at the balcony .Highly Recommend!

Rooms are not fancy but super clean. Staff are friendly. We dined at a restaurant near by and didn’t have time to try the restaurant in the hotel but it looked great. The view is fantastic! Overall I give it 4.5 out of 5
