I reserved due to continental breakfast and breakfast staff never showed up so breakfast was not served.

They’re dishonest and rude!!! The check in was atrocious. Place was abandoned and messy. Hot tub was closed and they lied about it! Before I booked I called to ask if they had a hot tub and all he said was yes. He didn’t explain it was shut down! I asked for a cancellation and he said he couldn’t because ******* already ran my card. That was a lie too. The breakfast was disgusting as well! The lobby was a mess! We waited for someone to appear at the check in desk for 10 minutes when we arrived. He was extremely arrogant disrespectful and unkept. He didn’t wash after using the rest room. My husband was in there and noticed him not washing. I hated the whole experience and ruined our trip!!!

I did not appreciate that there is a pool at this location but nothing online stating that it was closed. There is a hotel right next door with a pool and my daughter didn't get to enjoy the pool I thought we paid for. Instead my husband and daughter had to leave and find a park to play. Very disappointing. If your pool is closed or anything else is not as advertised you need to let people know before hand. To top that off there was coffee in the room but no cups. Then even worse the shower didnt have a curtain!! Are you kidding me! 😳 Unexceptable!

Pool close even though 95 degrees in June. Same person had to cover front desk and breakfast, so the latter suffered. Embarrassing since there were foreign tourists. No place to sit outside.

Only 2 cars on the parking lot , guessing not more than 10 passengers? But front desk like always to send you to the most far away from the lobby as possible , like after driving 1000 miles i just want to walk the whole hotel hallways to reach the my room lol, then , nothing works on the room , tv remote won’t turn on the tv , ac-heater won’t work , and last , the phone won’t work to advice the front desk that the room was a nightmare, and the price , 30% more than the same hotel on Moah , Utah , city with 1000 more turists and activity than Rawlins, bad experience, off course after complaining, they switch the room , ahhh , pool was not open and breakfast room also close , take the breakfast to the room , what else can go bad on a shame 100$ room ?

My room was extremely cold and the pool and spa were closed I would not stay at this location again

Parking was atrocious- back parking lot was full of huge potholes. Furniture was stored in the hall. Whole property looked “dumpy”. Truly the worst Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at. Will NOT stay here again.

Breakfast area was under construction. Limited breakfast items were available at the front desk. No place to eat. Staff were unable to extend my reservation because I made reservations on-line.

The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was outstanding.

Road was closed & had to get a hotel. It was a really nice place to stay.

Room was great, Had a suite, it was very large. House keeping did com by daily which you don’t find much any more. Only thing negative was the elevator did not work to the third floor.
