新月酒店(Crescent Hotel)

Please avoid at all cost, beyond on clean. Filthy and smelly did not say checked out immediately

住宿體驗非常好，價格合理，工作人員非常樂於助人。太感謝了。這是一次很好的經驗。如果我的家人和朋友需要在雷丁住宿，我會推薦他們。

Would not recommend this hotel. Our room was dingy and had stains and holes in the walls, the wallpaper was ripped. There were no tea spoons in the room and the man behind the front desk looked surprised when I asked for some, he went into the back office, rummaged around in a drawer and gave me two grubby looking plastic spoons. We had to get him to look at the toilet as it didn't flush, he said the plumming was old and you had to wiggle the handle to flush it, we spent the whole weekend trying to get it to flush properly. The bathroom floor was dangerous, all the floor tiles were broken and loose, the shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. The bed was two mis-matched divan halves pushed together, the floor was badly laid vinyl wood effect sticky tiles. The only positive was we were only there for 2 nights not a week !

Worse hotel I have ever stayed in, I have been meaning to ask for a refund, the whole room was discussing, did not sleep at all, filthy dirty extremely dated smelly and in need of repair.

Awful room. Smelt. Shower was worse than a trip so didn’t have a shower. Tiles in the bathroom were loose.

Check in was good, staff was friendly Just the beds needs replacing and can be painted It served it purpose for us

Room was clean, but the whole hotel could do with an update
