雷丁高級套房酒店(Premier Suites Reading)

Good property and great location to see the city centre of Reading. However it’s in the middle of the bus only roads so highly confusing how to get to car park etc. other properties were noisy in the area overnight.

Very convenient location, good customer service and facilities

So, I don't know. But Premier Suites Reading has two buildings. I was only here in the main building 4 months ago, and past the other building everyday, Without realising. So I have come back to reading, using the Premier Suites, directly as I was impressed by price, location and quality of the apartment. I arrived a bit earlier than planned, and was offered a room, sorry apartment in the other building ( if you know the area, it's on the same road, otherside by the cake/bakery shop on the corner) There is only 5 apartments on the 5th and only floor available Mine didn't have the best view, which overlooked the oracle shopping centre roofline. But wasn't here for views, as said before, price location and quality of furnishings This was a short stay. But enjoyed it very much. And being even closer to the main pedestrian shopping area Best thing to having your home comforts, and being in the city centre too Photos were taken, but they just didn't show the size of the living room, with open plan kitchen and single extra king size bed in the bedroom

Really helpful staff. Let us securely leave travel case before check-in time. Contacted us early (1PM) to let us have our apartment before the 3PM check-in. Apartment really is home from home! Fully kitted out kitchen. Modern furnishing, decoration and really clean. The apartments really our sound proofed and internally very quiet. Quiet complex and lift or stairs to aid access to apartments. Nice, warm and secure. Reception is hosted and even late at night you have an access code. The lovely lady on reception even said can call her if we could not gain entry! Perfect location - 2 minute walk to Oracle (shops) bars and restaurants. Even Sainsbury's is close so you can cook a meal in the kitchen. We guess the only thing to be aware is the complex is in a vibrant area and externally until 0200/0300 it is noisy so an earlyish night is not easy but this aside, well worth a stay.

DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Utterly appalling service! We stayed there last year and liked our previous stay and decided to book two more trips for family visits. The first booking in early Jun 22 they cancelled with one workings notice because they were “not prepared to move a long-stay guest and there was nothing we could do about it” Finally they offered to put us up in another hotel of lesser quality. The second booking due to take place 19/07/22 they cancelled - again with one working days notice - despite being assured on the previous cancellation that they would not cancel us for our future booking. On this occasion we were told it was because they had maintenance issues. Their explanation was weak and their service is non-existent. Honouring our parking was not sufficient to cover our additional costs for food etc. which ran to over £300.00 and no other compensation was offered. We will never recommend Premier Suites to anyone and will not be staying there again. An absolute joke of a company.

I did not receive my VIP perk which was supposed to be a bottle of wine. I forgot to ask about it and made a mistake when completing the ******* check in feedback by saying that I had received the wine....we never did. This property is PERFECT for the location to restaurants, the grocery store (Sainsburys, M&S Food), shopping, the bus line, you name it. That is why we booked this specific unit, along with the available space for a week long stay. I am not sure if we were supposed to receive daily housekeeping or not. We did not receive any housekeeping all week so maybe I am wrong. I did not follow up with the front desk. Our specific flat was not open with the kitchen like what is shown in the photo. Our kitchen was in a different closed room which was disappointing.
