雷丁中央6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Redding, CA - Central)

Los cuartos están amplios solo las camas están muy viejas, en ******* mostraban unas fotografías con camas tendidas con edredones color naranja, solo estaban con sábanas, las señoras que se encargan de la limpieza súper amables y serviciales, el hotel está muy céntrico del museo y Lago Shasta, hay muchos restaurantes alrededor de el, afuera hay una gasolinera donde hay variedad de cosas para comer. Me dieron primero un cuarto que olía a cigarro pero el joven de front desk muy amable me hizo el cambio, al llegar me pregunto donde prefería hospedarme? El personal amables y serviciales, le falta un poco de mantenimiento al edificio. En general estuvo bien.

Bad customer service... this guy at the desk wasn't interested at all ... During our trip we stayed at many hotels/motels in California but for some reason this is the only place where they needed id for every guest

It is what it is, a Motel 6, you get what you pay for. Having said that, it really wasn't all that cheap. The room was poor, not very clean and had a leaking toilet.

The pool was disgusting, our boys played hard in a basketball tournament and just wanted to relax. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room, as well as the shower had hair in it. Very disappointed for the money we paid…

Couldn’t sleep. People were running about screaming and there was a shaking thump that kept coming through the wall

Is an average Motel which is conveniently situated. We have stayed here many times for overnight stays in the past when we come to visit family in the area.

Motel clerk had an attitude, rude, frowny face, showed pretty bad customer service. It started when my son and I walked in to get a room we had reserved for two nights. My son just moved to another address he was in process of changing address on his ID. This clerk attitude changed he acted like my son was a criminal. He was only going to have him stay just for one night. Pretty BAD HOSPITALITY. I didn’t like how this clerk acted so rudely plus on top of that he was training another person, pretty bad example of a trainer to teach a person good customer service. I’ve been in customer service never treat a sorry to customer so poorly like this gentleman did. Sorry to make this story long . We left we did not stay there we went to La Quinta Inn they had a smile on there face and accepted my son’s ID even though his address was different we stayed two nights as we had planned. Thank you La Quinta Inn for showing excellent HOSPITALITY!!!! By the way Motel 6 charged us both $89.99 took it out of our bank accounts for not staying there.

Its really comfortable and clean. My o ly complaints are about a night time employee who decided to charge me $50 for my Boyfriend to come by for 10 minutes after work. I am aware of a extra fee for extra individuals just not $50 for my partner to visit long enough to smoke a cigarette and leave because of the employee coming outside and staring us both down. I am kinda surprised by the professionalism.

It was very clean, had a fridge and microwave in it. The ice machines work. The staff are very friendly and kind.
