Das Hotel befindet sich in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Lage. Sehr große, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr weitläufig und gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist groß und lädt tatsächlich zum Entspannen ein. Der Ausblick auf die Landschaft, insbesondere auf den Ätna, ist atemberaubend und tatsächlich an manchen Tagen wie aus dem Bilderbuch! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden dieses Juwel sicher weiterempfehlen!

Superbe hôtel, accueil au top, on nous a même aidé avec les valises. La chambre était super le seul bémol était l’eau de la piscine qui était un peu froide à cause de la météo mais ce n’est pas de leur faute… le restaurant était aussi incroyable, on a très bien mangé tout était très bon. Pour le petit-déjeuner rien à dire, nous avons tout choisi en avance et une fois sur place tout était prêt. Nous sommes très tristes d’être restés une seule nuit, si on reviens en Sicile c’est sûr qu’on restera plusieurs jours !

Over de ganse lijn een schitterende ervaring . Prachtige en rustige ligging met zicht op de Etna . Mooi zwembad , zeer aangename service . De kamer was ruim en met een breed zicht op de omstreken . Het restaurant was TOP , een chef die niet zou misstaan in een sterrenrestaurant . En zeer treffelijke prijs

Accueil deplorable. Il faut prendre la clé à la Réception et trouver tout seul la chambre dans le jardin. Aucune présentation de l établissement et de ses services à l arrivée. Aucune assistance spontanée pour les bagages. Réception au niveau d un motel de bord de route aux US. Un vrai problème de formation du personnel.

Atmosfera d'altri tempi. Panorama più unico che raro, tutto dominato dalla dimora di Marte, che simboleggia la forza del fuoco attenuata da una eccellente architettura del verde in contrasto con l'oro dei campi di grano che la circondano. Le palme illuminate, le luci ricercate e la leggerezza degli edifici creano una sorta di sogno da mille e una notte; degno luogo dal sapore orientale. Una esperienza materiale, servizi, cucina, cantina di livello eccellente, che accompagnano nell'immersione onirica dell'esperienza. Luogo adatto ad una vacanza intensa, riservata e indimenticabile. Dall'accoglienza, all'arrivederci è tutto da valutazione massima. Arrivederci a presto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Alles was top. Vriendelijke ontvangst, prachtig uitzicht, moderne architectuur, lekker eten,… Bij het ontbijt kregen we een keuze formulier, zodat alles lekker vers was en geen verspilling. Bij het diner heb je ook veel keuze en allemaal gemaakt met locale ingredienten. Het enige wat jammer was dat we een kamer zonder uitzicht kregen terwijl we de enige gasten waren. Een echte aanrader!

In Rocca dei Saraceni kom je terecht in een top-verblijf. Alles zeer netjes, zowel de kamers als de buitenkant met knappe tuin, zwembad, ruime parkings. Voor wie het veiligheidsgevoel belangrijk vindt: het domein is afgesloten met toegangspoort, 1 voor elke richting langs de SS121. De uitbaters (broer en zussen) slagen erin de sfeer een familiaal karakter te geven en zijn, net als het personeel, zeer vriendelijk. De ligging, aan de rand van het ietwat somber aandoende Regalbuto, staat garant voor een prachtig uitzicht, met zicht op de Etna. In de onmiddellijke omgeving lonen het Lago Pozillo (mooi wandelgebied) en het dorpje Centirupe beslist een bezoek. Het restaurant verdient evenzeer een prima vermelding. Wij gingen dan ook voor half-pension, wat nadien een perfecte keuze bleek. Een aanrader, zeker voor wie op weg naar Catania (voor de terugvlucht) voor de laatste dagen nog een uitstekend adres zoekt.

There are only positives to say about this Hotel: friendly staff, beautiful view, great food, modern clean rooms, and exceptionally quiet at night. It is the perfect mid-point for visiting the east and south of Sicily. We are already planning a return trip.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning landscape and with a view of Mount Etna in the background. We had a room with balcony which was pleasantly modern and with good facilities although storage and wardrobe space was a bit limited. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We ate at the restaurant most of the time we were there and would thoroughly recommend it. The food was great. Lots of choice at breakfast including items produced on the hotel farm. They even make their own butter! The dinner menu was very inventive. We enjoyed every meal and really appreciated the care and effort put into the use of local/organic produce. A memorable stay.

Is situated high on a mountain with a fantastic view on the valley and mount Etna. It’s a very new hotel with fantastic staff. The restaurant is excellent! It’s also not far from the Sicily outlet shopping village that is very nice. The gardens are well kept.

We stayed for only 1 night as passing through, but wish we had stayed longer. This is an exceptional small hotel, with an outstanding restaurant. We stayed in the superior rooms with a view of the valley and out to Etna from our balcony. The rooms are modern and well proportioned, with lovely artisan toiletries. The pool is relatively new and extensive pool area has a bar, which also caters for snacks through the day. The restaurant is modern with a new terrace, which only opened this year. It was lovely to eat dinner al fresco in the middle of the countryside enjoying what was in effect a Michelin star quality meal. The food was amazing! Breakfast also very good, many options, not a buffet - all a la carte. Spa opening soon too! A lovely place, an oasis in the middle of nowhere with an amazing restaurant! Thank you Nello and team!

From the moment we arrived we could not help noticing the attention to detail in the design, construction and execution of everything this hotel delivers. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The grounds are immaculate. The staff are unobtrusively attentive. The food - particularly at dinner - is very, very good. We loved it.

Lovely family run country hotel. Amazing staff - particular shout out to Julia, Luciano and Luca for taking such good care of us!! Amazing fine dining, delicious sicilian wines and dito service. Rooms were large and very clean; pool and garden were awesome. Very friendly Italian owner, who is very attentive of his guests. Lots of farm animals around, to add to the country vibe.
