Fair hotel, but you get what you paid. It is renewed now and you get a good free breakfast.🧇

It was very nice staying in Travelodge and I will like to stay there when next i visit Canada.

The reason we wanted to stay at the Travelodge is because they have a sit down breakfast in the restaurant attached. When we went to eat, the worker at front desk told us restaurant was closed and took us to a side room for muffins & coffee-our breakfast. Total disappointment. We should have been told when booked.

Price was excellent. Check-in was quick and staff was professional. Room is cozy, quiet and newly updated. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This place is under renovations. No pool it hot tub. Been here since Wednesday and room haven’t been cleaned up until the day before checking out. Questioned tbd front desk and the response was you didn’t request your room to be cleaned.

I had stated on my reservation that I was handicapped and needed a room, preferably with its own entryway and close to my vehicle, or as close to an exit as possible. Instead, I don't think I could have been placed further from the entrance. I suffered immense pain trying to walk from my room on the third floor at the far end of the hotel to the elevator and through the entire ground floor and, finally several hundred feet to my vehicle. When I asked for a more convenient room, I was told that it was impossible to do even though my reservation was for six days. Not at all friendly for handicapped people and the staff, including the manager, really didn't care. I felt I was discriminated against, both racially and because of my handicap! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES

The staff are very nice, I like the breakfast it’s at a restaurant & you get a coupon to use there. The room is small though but was fine & very clean

The outside of hotel was very filthy, with garbage all over the ground. Homeless people loitering everywhere. Inside our room the furniture was really old, stained & worn out, stains all over carpet. curtains wouldn't close, air conditioner not working. Hotel refused to move rooms, saying fully booked, yet another party at our funtion checked in same day, hours after us. Breakfast buffet was just aweful. Eggs very stiff cold & rubbery. Only offered processed sausage which was undercooked & cold. They were out of pancake mix at 8:30 a.m. & it not refilled. Out of drinks in cooler, not refilled. We were booked for 3 nights, but checked out after 1 night due to way to many issues & hotels lack of proving a safe, comfortable environment, lack of accountability & cleanliness & refusal to provide the services they claim to offer while staying at this location.
