Kramer's Midtown

I booked a refundable reservation on *******, cancelled a month before the cutoff on August 8th, and STILL haven't received a refund. ******* called them 3x, I left 3 voice messages, wrote them through ******* chat messaging and never once heard back. I flagged it with my credit card company who still hasn't heard back. Kramer's also charged me an additional $40 beyond what ******* advertised. Buyer beware.

I loved the modern decor throughout the room and I thought the space was used exceptionally well. The clubhouse with the free coffee and hot chocolate was great and I appreciated the information the hotel provided about the surrounding area. The communication with the hotel was good but it seemed mildly disorganized and I had to wait until 4:00 to check in when I was expecting to check in at 3:00. That said, overall, I would absolutely stay at Kramer's Midtown again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Reno!
