西雅圖/倫頓索尼斯塔簡單套房酒店(Sonesta Simply Suites Seattle Renton)

Tuve una mala experiencia!! Nos es la primera vez que me hospedo en esta línea de hoteles y me gustan por la comodidad de tener 2 habitaciones en una sola pero en esta ocasión el hospedaje no fue bueno .. Al entrar a la habitación tenía un olor fuerte a mascota, en específico a perro y eso fue molesto.. A la mañana siguiente desde temprano la del servicio nos tocó la puerta muy insistente pero muy insistente y además fue en 2 ocasiones !! Fue desagradable por que después de un día pesado quiere uno descansar y si todavía nos es la hora de salida cuál es el punto de molestar al cliente !! Eso nunca me había pasado !

This is my exons time staying here. Out of the hotels in this area, I think it’s the best. The staff is always friendly too. Sabrina at the front desk was extremely polite and professional.

While this was a cheap airport hotel option, it was quite far from the airport (~15 min drive) and is pretty run down. Rooms were clean but basic, common areas felt a bit dingy. Airport shuttle took nearly 40 minutes to arrive after arranging for pickup, which was frustrating. Staff was hard to get ahold of over the phone and one employee was quite unkind (another employee, Diane, was nice). Wouldn't stay here again, but at least it was a cheap last minute option.

Took several calls to hotel before phone was answered. The wait time for the shuttle was over 30 mins.

Why they charge for parking while it’s not even covered parking also why breakfast not included I bought one not great kitchen stuff so cheap they all have burn marks It’s ok rate for me

The lady we checked in with when we arrived needs to work on her customer service. Got no greeting, didn’t direct us to where our room was. We had to go to wrong building until we came down and had to ask. Room was not that clean, kitchen sink kept getting clog. Sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. Bathroom sink looked disgusting

The rooms were really nice, however my experience with the staff overshadowed my ability to appreciate the property. I booked the property thru Orbitz. In the interim I received an email offering me an upgrade for around $28. I chose to upgrade my room and charged the upgrade to my credit card. When I arrived, the young lady at the desk proceeded to check me in. I showed her my reservation and verified with her THREE times the amount she was to take out from the card. She agreed, but when I got to the room, my bank had texted me that they had taken more than double the amount. I called back to the front desk to inform them of their error and the young lady said she would talk to her manager and get back to me, she never did. So in the morning, I go to the front desk to get it straightened out and the young man there was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. He yelled at me and wouldn’t even LOOK at my evidence or listen to me. I video taped him so that I would have evidence. I am SHOCKED that they would have someone with such disdain even work with the public. When he found out I was videotaping him his WHOLE demeanor changed and he tried to backtrack. The customer service told me that the hotel fraudulently charged an additional $58 per night without my consent. My job requires me to travel to a a different city every weekend and I have stayed in different properties all over the WORLD! I have never been treated with so much disrespect and contempt

I stayed here for business and it was just what I wanted. It is kind of out of the way, so I wouldn't probably choose this hotel for a vacation, but it was well located for my meetings.

Although I requested a quiet room, I ended up on the noisy side of the hotel. This is evidently all rooms ending in odd numbers. Between highway noise and the bed, I think I’ve gotten better sleep camping. I went downstairs the next morning and asked to be moved to the top floor on the quiet side, if possible. The staff was great at accommodating my request. The new room and bed were far more comfortable. This definitely made up for night one.
