Hotel is quite old but they try to keep it clean at its best condition. Room is spacious and family-friendly usage. Breakfast is ok. Free laundry for guests.

酒店位置很好，離機場10分鐘。老酒店，地毯需要升級。床和枕頭都很舒服，寬敞的廚房和客廳。安靜的。我們住得很愉快。很樂意回來。

This place is usually one of our favirote places to stay. And usually the blonde who works morning or day shift right after the night audit shift has always seemed short and snappy to all who approach her. She was extremely rude to both of us during this 2 night stay more than hervusual short snappy rude attitude. But we witnessed several times she was the same way towards other guest and even went as far as being behind the front her cell phone clearly on a personal non work call, cause she was talking and complaing about christmas and being broke, And all the while there was guest holding all ther luggage and such standing at the desk waiting to check in or out. And al9ng come more guest needing help from the front or what not and instead of gettimg off her phone and tending to guest and there needs. She leaves & go's & sits in office /room behind the front dea

Nice front staff and van shuttle driver was great. Unfortunately room felt a bit “crack denny “, hot water in shower only got luke warm, couch pullout was the wrong size and very used and rough. We could not turn the heater off after various attempts, room phone was broken.

We were a few hours early and they checked us in without an up charge or making us wait until 3:00 pm. Much appreciated. You could tell they were painting and fixing up the rooms. The hotel is very nice. The rooms were extremely clean and the people were very nice. Thank you for everything!

Nice & comfortable with good amenities & coffee in lobby & very decent continental/gran-n-go breakfast. Staff at check-in was very friendly and communicative about facilities.

Very dirty black stained carpets that our luggage stuck to, incredibly noisy fridge, poor room lighting, very dated decor. On the plus side the shuttle driver was a great find and very helpful!

Loved the property but the communication was horrible phone didn’t work and the times we requested for the rooms to be cleaned they were not cleaned we had trash piled up since they never came to clean up.

The staff is great - everyone I spoke to at front desk was phenomenal, which is rare-ish, I’m sure the housekeeping is great, this hotel is dirty and in need of a deep cleaning and renovation
