Excellent rooms in heart of old town - perfect location for exploring and only 20 mins walk to town beach. Clean, well equipped suites, plus a wonderful continental style breakfast which can be served on roof top terrace or inroom. All the staff were excellent and so welcoming- thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cet hôtel minimaliste. Très peu de chambre donc personnel aux petits soins. Accueil très agréable. Cet établissement est doté d’un Rooftop où l’on peut prendre le petit déjeuner. Attention l’accès n’est pas possible en voiture car il est situé dans une rue piétonne. Un grand parking est souvent disponible à huit minutes à pied , il bénéficie d’une proximité vers tous les commerces dans des charmantes ruelles piétonnes.

If your looking for a welcoming, relaxing place to stay in the heart of Rethymno, then Cressa Suits is definitely the place. Firstly the host's were so welcoming. We stayed for 7 days, every day we were greeted with smiles and conversation from Evri who made our stay feel extra special. The room was clean, comfortable, cool and quirky. Our bedding and towels were changed regularly and we had no issues with anything during our stay. The breakfast was delightful, presented in a basket of healthy, suprise delights every day and full of variety. Cressa Suits is situated in the heart of the old town, giving access to all the beautiful alley ways that surround the historic old town. This ment it was very easy for us to find restaurants, tavernas, shops and explore Rethymno's stunning landscape and heritage with ease. We will definitely come back and stay here in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a similar experience. Thanks again Cressa Suits, you made our holiday very memorable and appreciate what you do for the local community.

Cressa Suites is the perfect location within the heart of Old Town and provides a great base for exploring this part of Crete. Spacious, clean and modern rooms with a great breakfast served in your room or on the amazing rooftop terrace. Courteous and friendly staff make this a perfect place to stay - quiet but literally minutes away from the bustling amenities of Old Town. Public car parking is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, priced at €5 per day. Highly recommended

It is located in the Old Town. There are only six rooms and so there isn't anyone there full time- they request that you tell them when you plan to arrive. We have a good sized room with a private deck. On the deck there is a very large Jacuzzi, though we didn't use it. A large umbrella provides shade. There is a table and chairs where it is pleasant to eat breakfast or you can go up to the roof and dine there in the sun. There is also a folding contraption that you can use to dry your towels or clothes. There is an exercise ball and two inflated lounge chairs. The king sized bed (actually two singles attached and sharing the blanket) is very comfortable [if you like firm mattresses - most Brits won't like the level of firmness]. The shower, toilet and sink are all in separate areas. The shower is large and very good. It is totally enclosed so there is no risk of water getting on the floor of the room. If you use hair conditioner bring your own as it's not provided (skin moisturizer is however). The breakfast is delivered to you in a basket. You call down after 8:00 AM for it. It is good but of course you don't have the multitude of choices that a hotel's breakfast buffet offers. For example it has only white bread not the whole grain we prefer.

One of the most beautiful experiences of my life. I stayed in the suite with patio. It is a historic Ottoman residence in the center of Rethymno, equipped with every comfort for the client.I felt pampered like a princess, thanks to the many details (tks for the eco choice of dispensers for the bathroom), the furnishings, it's a luxury of simplicity, which makes you feel at home,In a splendid house .. The plus is Evi, with her sweetness she will make everything even more beautiful, when I entered the room I found the sweets as a gift, the Greek breakfast served on the terrace...Staying in this beautiful place made my experience of the City of Rethymno even more beautiful. From the very first contact with the wonderful Evi I knew we had picked the perfect place for our time spent in Rethymnon. Cressa suites is an excellent little boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town, Evi cannot do enough to help you she is delightful, full of smiles and positive energy. Breakfast is delivered fresh every day either to your room or on the roof terrace. Room 5 had a lovely little bit of outside space. It’s a 10 minute walk into the harbour and beach. There are so many delightful restaurants and bars you will spoilt for choice, Raki Ba Raki, Asikiko, Avli and Cavo for the incredible sunset to name a few.

My partner and I visited Rethymno on Crete for two nights in June and had a great stay at the Cressa Suites. There are five rooms and we took the one with its own balcony. The suite was not large (though I have stayed in far smaller) but it was very clean and very comfortable. Once we got the air con working it was also nice and cool which is important on Crete in June. The location is good - a small street in the old town about ten minutes walk form the beach. The best part of our stay was the friendly service from Evi and the staff. Each day we had a lovely breakfast basket (pastries, fruit, yoghurt) along with coffee and OJ delivered to us. On our departure day, Evi was very helpful in allowing us somewhere to change as well as leaving our bags securely. The suites are not a hotel so do not expect full room service. What you get is very comfortable and good value in a fantastic seaside town.

Very bad service, they made a mistake and false promises, they wanted to let me pay for their mistakes by not cancelling the reservation for free. Finally after hours of conversation they gave me a written confirmation of the free cancellation. Guess what, two days later my CreditCard was charged. Arrogant lady from the reservation department called me by saying that they were very kind to do this for me, they just did not accept their own failure, bad bad bad! Avoid this place!

This has become a ridiculous obsession which needs to end at some point. In addition we blocked you from booking our property as well for the future and last you did not even stay with us as we offered you a free cancellation indeed and not only we explained to you that refunds take 5 days to be processed but we also sent you the proof via email. I do not understand what is the reason to lie and say that we charged you 2 days later. Probably you are not aware that we charged you 1 day prior to arrival but this shows on your bank records 2 days later which I recommend that you check so that this hallucination ends. As I told you many times via messages after I took over from our receptionist as there was no logic in the way you communicated with her, threatening businesses to get things for free is shameful and inappropriate. We stayed as two couples in two rooms for one night before getting the ferry to Santorini. In hindsight it was expensive for what was really a bed for the night and the rooms were quite small. Having said that it was a very comfortable bed and the rooms have been decorated really well. Evi who welcomed us and had been communicating with us prior to the visit was super helpful when we arrived and showed us how to access the roof terrace where we enjoyed a drink (bring your own) before going out for dinner. Unfortunately we were leaving too early to be able to take advantage of the breakfast on the roof terrace but were supplied with eggs, bread, butter, milk, muesli/granola, ham and cheese in a basket to eat in our room before departing for the ferry. We would stay again and hopefully for a longer visit to take in more of the hotel and Rethymno itself.

Pros: - Service by Evi was one of the best and warmest we ever felt. She was friendly and constantly trying to see how she can enhance our stay. - Value for money as the price we paid included breakfast. - Breakfast will be served by Evi with a bright smile every morning (either to your room or at the roof top) - Complimentary snack (quite tasty) and small bottle of wine. - Plenty of restaurants within walking distance Cons: - Air-Conditioner was down during our stay (fortunately it was in November where the weather was cooling) - Due to the Air-Conditioner being down, the room ventilation was relatively poor (had to close the windows for noise insulation) - Perhaps due to the structure of the narrow cobbled alley, the noise from the street below radiated upwards (not recommended for light sleeper) - Breakfast was average with the same variation every morning (No kitchen onsite thus the choice of what could be provided was limited) - Only stairs available thus we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs during check in and check out. - Lack of parking nearby thus we had to walk approximately 10 mins everyday to and fro the carpark.

我是萬豪旅享家鈦金會員和希爾頓業主鑽石會員。我喜歡每年在各國旅行和入住超過100天的酒店。我已經有一段時間沒有以「IHG」會員身分入住合作酒店了。然而入住這家酒店後，我發現這是我一生中最糟糕的酒店，我本來打算在這家酒店住1天，毛巾卻沒有更換，所以我問他們為什麼不換。換一次。有沒有三天換一次毛巾的四星飯店？希臘人三天用一條毛巾嗎？然後他們不提供飲用水，所以我要求喝水，他們說我要額外付費，因為只有第一天提供免費水。如果過夜的人也給2水，住7天的人也給2水，那12水的費用不是應該從住宿費中扣除嗎？而且下午4點以後，不只前台，所有工作人員都缺席了，你必須自己連鎖辦理退房。有些飯店只有 5 間客房，甚至不如「IHG」飯店，他們在官方網站上將這些飯店稱為飯店。
