Το σημείο που βρίσκονται τα δωμάτια είναι στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης, σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και με τα πόδια σε 5 λεπτά βρίσκεσαι είτε στην παραλία, είτε στο κέντρο του Ρεθύμνου. Η υποδοχή μας ήταν πολύ θερμή και ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία, σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφθούμε ξανά σε επόμενη βόλτα μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και το μόνο ίσως αρνητικό ήταν το μέγεθός του, ήταν λίγο μικρό, αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου, το θέλαμε μόνο για το μπάνιο και τον ύπνο μας. Καλή συνέχεια και καλή σεζόν με υγεία, ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!

Θα ξεκινήσω από τα αρνητικά. 1.Το a/c δεν φτάνει πότε στο πάνω πατάρι. Απλά έχει λιγότερη ζέστη. 2. Θα ήθελα κάποιο χώρο να απλώσω τα ρούχα λίγο παραπάνω. Τα θετικά είναι περισσότερα βέβαια. Πρώτα απ όλα είναι εξειρετικα ευγενικοί οι οικοδεσπότες και το σημείο είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και από τα καλύτερα στρώματα και μαξιλάρια. Φοβερός ύπνος. Το συστήνω σαν ξενοδοχείο στα + το τζακούζι.

Un'impeccabile struttura nel cuore di Rethymno. Impeccabile nella pulizia, nell'arredo e nella gentilezza dello staff. Un pomeriggio al rientro dalla nostra giornata di mare...abbiamo ricevuto la piacevole sorpresa do una fresca bottiglia di vino bianco con degli snack. La vasca idromassaggio esterna pulita giornalmente è un plus. Consigliatissimo

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία.Το διαμέρισμα ( king suite) ιδιαίτερα καλαίσθητο και πολύ λειτουργικό.Η Άρτεμις διαθέσιμη για κάθε πληροφορία και οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη και ο Γιάννης,ο δημιουργός του πρότζεκτ, φιλόξενος και φιλικός.

This was my first in Rethimno and I wouldn't be happier with my 2-night stay. The king suite with terrace was excellent and really enjoyed the outdoor space with a lovely view of the fortress, and with one of the cleanest bathrooms I've seen! WIFI was strong, allowing me to work remotely with no issues. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old city and the whole experience was amazing, with the staff being so helpful and welcoming! Overall, if you look for a quality stay and you're a demanding traveller like myself, this accommodation is a must!

I was really looking forward to staying in Rethymno for a week. I was recommended by friends to book Neratze suites, and i have to admit this is one of the nicest places to stay in the old town of Rethymno.We stayed in nice beautiful decorated rooms, but what was important for us is the commitment and helpfulness of Artemis. This lady helped ensure that we have a great holliday. So thank you again Artemis !!! Robert Lemmens

The location was really good. In the heart of the old town but yet quiet and easy access. The room was very new and modern. There was a luck of fresh air though and the housekeeping could have been better. The reception seemed not so experienced but was willing to help.

We stayed here for one night. Firstly it is a very unusual building and has been beautifully restored. The suites are very tastefully done, colour scheme is excellent. Bed was very comfortable and a joy to find a tv with Netflix. Its in the heart of the quiet area of Old Town. Lighting is quirkly, curtains heavy enough to ensure a great sleep. Unfortunately the housekeeping left it down - I found hairs and beard debris in toothbrush mug, shower floor has not been cleaned properly, fingermarks on fridge and dust on surfaces. Had we had a balcony it would have been lovely. All said, however, I think that if housekeeping/cleaning was inspected and improved upon we would most definitely return. Staff are kind and efficient.

For our first visit back to Rethymnon since 2019 we chose Neratze Hammam Suites for their proximity to the centre of the Old Town. We were in Suite 3 with a lovely roof terrace. The suite was beautifully decorated and spotless. The situation for 2 older travellers, 5 minutes from all the delights of the Old Town was perfect although there were a lot of stairs! Staff at Reception and the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Camere ben arredate anche se piccole e scomode. Posizione non ottimale in quanto l’accesso avviene dal retro di un vicolo troppo isolato e non sicuro. In merito alla risposta del proprietario, il problema non è stato il check in, quanto la nostra camera avesse l’entrata dal retro che pur trovandosi su una piazza principale risultava essere un luogo isolato e non frequentato/affollato come ci si aspetterebbe da un centro storico. È vero siamo arrivati a notte inoltrata, ma la sera successiva ad un orario normale (19:30) siamo scesi e due individui hanno tentanto di rapinarci. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a svincolarci, percorrendo il porticato e uscendo dal vicoletto, immettendoci nella folla. Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare a Retimno non lo sceglierei.
