Laura and Jimmy are welcoming hosts and provide comfortable, homely accommodation. Rooms are lovely, breakfasts excellent, the guest area a welcome space with fridge, kettle, microwave, etc and greatly appreciated. Plenty of information provided regarding the local area. We would highly recommend the Alpenrose as a base in Revelstoke.

Rooms are lovely, there is plenty of information provided regarding the area, breakfasts are superb and the guest area with fridge, kettle, plates etc was much appreciated. We would highly recommend Alpenrose as a base in Revelstoke.

My son and I stayed for the week at the Alpenrose BnB and throughly enjoyed our accommodations. The proprietors (Laura and Jimmy?) are professional, helpful and very friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent, we looked forward them each day and tried the whole menu. We were able to keep lunch and dinner items in the fridge for prep each day skiing. I will be a repeat guest next time back in town. Thanks

Wonderful cozy spot close to town & on the way to the ski hill. Laura welcomed us warmly. Crocs and robes for the hot tub. And a hearty, tasty breakfast to fuel our journey onwards.

Another wonderful stay at Alpenrose hosted by owners Laura & Jimmy. We always enjoy the Begbie Suite and ensuite bathroom. The high thread count bedding is lovely and the beds very comfortable. The property is lovely, well kept with pretty gardens. The rooms meticulously clean. We appreciate environmentally conscious practices. As always our breakfast (thanks to Jimmy!) was delicious with food allergies remembered and accommodated. My favorite eggs benedict anywhere! Laura and Jimmy always remember our preferences and are helpful when looking for new restaurants for dinner (this year Laura rec. "The Den"- a new rest. a short walk up the street- very good vibe and delicious food. She also recommended a GF bakery (Flourish) that was excellent.) We make a point of traveling through Revelstoke on our annual vacation so that we can stay at Alpenrose.

Great hosts who are both a wealth of local knowledge and very welcoming people. The entire property was immaculate from guest room to dining area. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and well appointed. The location couldn't be better if you're skiing or riding at Revelstoke as it's less than five minutes away. The rooms were all occupied during our stay but it was very quiet thanks to the hosts. Breakfasts were very organized with all guests choosing a time slot. The breakfast options were all delicious with accommodations made for dietary needs. Big portions and cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel room. The hosts go out of their way to insure your stay is memorable, for all the right reasons, and it shows.
