葛利茲酒店(Grizz Hotel)

the property outside wasn't clean, lobby was cold room was disgusting the only thing that looked clean was the bedding but it smelled so strong of cleaner you weren't sure if they washed it or just sprayed it with heavy disinfectant. the supposed renovation they did was cheep flooring that is already coming apart and paint that is pealing from the walls. do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. this is the worst hotel I have ever been in. too bad 1 star is as low as you can go

Hotel is centrally located and clean. My only complaint is that when we first arrived there was an off putting smell in the hallways. It's that old apartment smell, i think it was garbage that wasn't taken out. Next day smell was not there, garbage must have been taken out.

A nice, clean, well priced motel. However, a continental breakfast was promised in their advertising, and by the lady at the front desk, but not available on the day I was there. The sign on the door said “closed” for two days of every week. Go figure!

Can’t say enough about the customer service here. I had an issue with my booking (my fault) and they were so understanding and went above and beyond to help me. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. So close to great restaurants.

Conveniently located to restaurants and shops in Revelstoke. The staff was friendly. Despite the rundown parking lot and exterior, the room was surprisingly large and comfortable. The bathroom was up to date and over all it was extremely clean.

No extra towels until 8am. Not much to eat for free Breakfast. Spiders and bugs on rooms. Extremely loud and intoxicated guests who were not addressed by staff. Entrance and parking lot was a headache.

Don't let the outer shell deter you, inside there is an eclectic pearl. If you like character, comfort, and relaxed this is a place you may want to check in to.

The front staff person wasn’t very friendly, not sure if it was a man or woman and they seemed to be bored and that everything was an effort.
