巴利的四城市(Bally's Quad Cities Casino & Hotel)

The shower area i thought was neat. I went there for a girls night. We were going to go have dinner and sit in the hot tub. However, my friend only had her foid card. So we couldnt go eat. Then when i called the day prior to my stay, i was only told the pool was down. Which was okay with me considering we wantes the spa. Well upon arrival i was cold the spa is down and the pool is working and is heated. So i go to the pool and the water was freezing since it was just filled. So our plans went down hill. i ended up checking out that same night. I was pretty disappointed.

Every thing looks dirty our room was dirty the refrigerator didn’t work rug was dirty and the bathroom was not clean the room smells we paid to much for the condition of the room. It was the first time we stayed there and we will not go back!

My room had clearly nor been dusted in quite some time. Additionally, only 3 of 5 light fixtures worked and I could only find two hot outlets. I will not stay here again.

NO HEAT IN THE ROOM!! Heater just blew cold air. Room was freezing. Didn’t even take a shower the next day due to the cold room. Told front desk at checkout, just apologized and didn’t offer any type of compensation. ****** not too good. Won’t stay here again.

We paid for a king sized room. When they were charging us, we realized we forgot the incidental charge of $55 and it came up short three dollars and nicely asked the front desk if they could figure out a way to work with me on the three dollars as I only have one prepaid card. I’ll be with that money. They were not able to work with me at all, having a little bit of frustration as I was walking away, there was a cardboard side that I fake punched at it barely connected with because of this I was approached by security, and was told that I was a danger, I was escorted off the property and told that if I came back, I would be considered trespassing. They also called the police over something like this, embarrassed me, was very disrespectful to my wife. I took the highroad and apologized to the head of security that night, I asked for peaceful resolution, received none and there was no apology to my wife either. I was told everything would be canceled, I would be reimbursed receive a receipt. They still charged me, took my deposit. I asked ******* to reach out and help out with this and get my reimbursement, and they never answered the phone for ******* either this was a horrible experience, horrible customer service, and as of now they have still stolen my money for the room that I did not stay at.

Staff are rude asf 😤 and it’s a ******! The rooms shouldn’t be that out dates

This property is fine if you are 100 years old.

it said they had a pool, hot tub, night club and a ton of amenities but when we got their of course the night club has been closed for who knows how long, the pool is closed, the people were extremely rude at the café ( we sat there for 30 minutes waiting for breakfast cause it said seat yourself and the lady finally came up and said no more breakfast after 11 even know we had been there since 10:30. everything closed early. And you could not take your drinks from the bar to your room which is ludacris. the room we had had makeup on the blanket and a old pringle can on the nightstand when we arrived. 2 of the lamps in the room did not work at all. This was a complete let down and it was on my birthday. We could not get a taxi or uber out of the hotel for some weird reason so we were stuck here with the crappy service.

Been there many times. They have let the property get run down. The hotel rooms were not very clean. Mold in the showers. Very disappointing stay over all.
