雙灣海灘普拉斯酒店(Bivalvia Beach Plus)

Hinta-laatusuhde tässä majapaikassa ok. Sisäänkirjaantumisen ohjeet tulivat vasta kun olimme lentokoneessa. Hiukan sekava kuvio siis, miten avaimet sai. Tiloiltaan ok hotelli. Ranta ja palvelut lähellä. Suht vilkkaan tien varella, jonne päin myös toinen terasseista. Majapaikkana palveli pari yötä hyvin. Keittiön astiat eivät vaikuttaneet ihan puhtailta.

Never again. There were cockroaches in the room I stayed in (photo attached). The only thing I can mention as a good thing is that it was close to the beach. Poorly insulated, you can hear all the outside noises. Pay attention to personal belongings, a family member left his backpack in the room while we went to have dinner, and when we came back someone entered the room and 100 euros were stolen. (I specify that we stayed outside the room for at least 1 hour, so someone from the staff probably followed us. After this incident, we no longer felt safe at all

We were searching for our trip very long - we have two small kids and we wanted to everything to be perfect. Accommodation in Bivalvia Beach Plus was everything, but not perfect. If we ever will go to Rhodos again, we certainly don`t stay in Bivalvia Beach Plus. We stayed here for 12 days and the cleaning ladies were in our room only three times! (They have written that they clean their rooms every second day) But even if they went more often, it wouldn`t change anything on the cleanliness of the room. Even if the cleaning lady was in our room it was nowhere to be seen. She only put the new towels on the bed each time. After their „cleaning“ was the sand everywhere, the floor was not clean, the mirror was dirty and the sheets were the old ones. Not to mention the terrace. We started to deal with it after our son came running with a scream from bathroom: „Mom, dad, quick, there is a cocroach!!!“ Unfortunately, it wasn`t the only cocroach in this apartment. We told everything to the lady from Platea café (this accommodation has no reception, this lady gave us the keys from our room), but she only smile at us, nodded, but nothing happened - the lady is not the owner. We started to deal it with our delegate - she was great, tried her best to help us. She arranged the cleaning ladies went to clean our room again, unfortunately nothing changed after that. They only spray our room with something against the cocroaches, but the only effect was that the room smelled awful and we had to stay outside. We also had water flowing from the shower through the wall into the hallway. The lady called the technician - he came, said „it`s fixed“, but after two showers the water flows to the hallway again. The next few days until our departure, the cleaning ladies did not come to our room, even through they were cleaning the rooms around us. It happened to us for the first time that we were looking forward to going home. And as a great ending - after we called our delegate to do something with it, son`s inflatable ring disappeared from our terrace. We left it on our terrace the whole vacation and suddenly it was lost.  What a surprise, we found it in the local supermarket exposed inflated for sale. We don`t know, if such a coincidence can happen, but this ring we had for three years, bought it in Czech republic and it is no longer sold anywhere. We were at many supermarkets all over the Rhodos and this exactly same inflatable ring was nowhere to sell. The man from supermarket (also the Bivalvia`s gardener, what a coincidence, you know? :D) told us that he has many of it, but he didn`t showed us. There was the only one piece, inflated, with the grains of the sand and for double price! :D The other man from this supermarket lives in Bivalvia… It`s just so ridiculous. Never again Bivalvia!

Excellent location right by the beach,the ***** ,bus stop,a shop and restaurants Lovley ice cream shop 50 yards away.. a must try Theres no swimming pool,Super comfy bed No reception as such but you have the guys number who comes and meet you with the key.. Nice bloke,on hand if you need him... simple check out(leave the keys inside and pull the the door to ) The apartments are clean with adequate bathroom and a small kitchen/fridge... plenty of space for 2 people The ***** is 200 yards away from your balcony, some late night music thumping in the background with the door open,but the owners have invested in some decent soundproof patio doors and you wont notice it once closed to sleep I was particularly impressed that the aircon was no extra charge... watch out for that trick with accommodation at the cheaper end in Greece!,and the room was cleaned,fresh towels daily and clean bedding every other day In all, for the price and location... cant go wrong tbh... worth its money (September 23) The price stated is what you pay,no gimmicks,silly room deposits or top up for air con Only downside no pool and no breakfast option... With just one week before our check-in, they canceled our reservation. It was a terrible negative experience for us being forced to look for something else when all hotels were already booked. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Furthermore they did not reimburse our advance payment.

We booked a room at Bivalvia Beach but one week before going there they announced us that the room is not available anymore without any other explanation. The money we paid in advance we never got them back and its more than a year since then. We keep calling and the lady that answers the phone tells us to ask for a refund by email, but nobody answers us to the email. We call again, and they tell us exactly same thing. So, its more than a year now and we had no room and no refund was done. Shame on them!!!!

We sent them money through Revolut but in the last minute they canceled our reservation mentioning that an extraordinary event occurred. They never clarified what really happened, we only received vague explanations like “an accident took place”. With just a few days before our holiday begun, we were forced to search for another hotel. We haven't received our money back but we intend to sue them. Stay away from them because they are not honest!

If we are aware that we are going to a 3-star accommodation, so not a luxury hotel, then it fully met the expectations. It has well air-conditioned rooms. The key can be picked up at the neighboring PLATEA restaurant, which is practically the reception. They cleaned thoroughly every two days, so we got new towels. Thus, we had a fundamentally clean environment. It is not the newest building, but everything is fine. It is very close to the sea! Really only approx. 70 m. It is well located for restaurants, entertainment and shopping. There are many car and motorcycle rental companies nearby. All tourist and historical attractions are easily accessible from Faliraki. I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND! I would especially like to highlight the ice cream shop next door called "ICE ART" where the ice cream and various sweets are very delicious. As well as the very nice and friendly service from the two boys. Next time we go, we will choose this place!

Stay away from these scammers!!! About a year ago I booked 4 rooms at this hotel for which they requested a 25% deposit. In good faith, I paid the advance through Revolut directly into their bank account. Two weeks before our booked holiday they communicated to us that because of some unexpected, extraordinary issues that occurred at their location they cannot give us the booked rooms. Therefore obviously we requested a refund of our deposit. It's been one year since then, and we haven't received any penny back. I have a long and full of lies email chain with them promising that our refund will be made asap. Now, We (the four families involved) are planning to sue them in order to get our money back. So again, Stay away from these scammers!!!
