佩基羣島酒店(Pefki Islands)

This is hotel and all the staff from garden staff right up to management are lovely welcoming people. Every time they see you you are greated with a big smile and they can't do enough for you .The reception staff in Phefki Island are amazing Thank you for making my holiday start when I arrived. I booked into the dump Thalia Hotel around the corner but left after 2 days .Stayed for the remaining 5 nights in Phefki Island. AMAZING PLACE .SPOTLESS, if are thinking of staying in phefkos book here you will not be disappointed

We stayed for the first time at Pefki Islands after friends have been going for many years. Everything about the hotel complex is fabulous. Best rooms I have ever had in a hotel in Greece, big, well equipped and great air conditioning. Staff were all super friendly and efficient. Our cleaners in block I were just lovely and did a brilliant job every day. Also very friendly and helped us learn a little Greek. Great pool spaces with 5 to choose from across the 3 hotels. Breakfast was outstanding with so much choice. Finding a table was a challenge some days, you learn to avoid 9-9:30am if you can! Location is great with easy access to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town where there are some amazing places to eat. So good we have already booked direct with the hotel for next year!

This was our fourth stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and made of of blocks, blocks 'G', 'H' & 'I' over look one of the pools. Room numbers beginning with '1' are on the ground level, people sitting round the pool can see into your room if you have the curtains open. If you want a bit more privacy request a room number beginning with '2' or '3' so you are above ground level. The rooms are fairly basic with kitchenette, this is standard for the grade of hotel. They are clean, with housekeeping coming in each day to change the towels / bed linen. The showers are a little on the small size and could do with modernizing as well as being bigger. Hot water was lacking in the morning, but plentiful in the afternoon / evening, so advice is to shower in the evenings. The staff as always, are very friendly and ready to help you when needed. Large choice of breakfast is offered, buffet style. Plenty of seating, but does get busy. We found the best time to go for breakfast was around 08:00. Breakfast is served between 07:30 - 10:00. If you are doing an early start for a trip where you would not have time for breakfast, you can let reception know the day before your trip and they will arrange a packed breakfast for you that you can pick up on you way out in the morning. Will contain Sandwiches, Cake, Fruit (Apple & Banana) and a bottle of water each. The location of the hotel is ideal being only a five minute walk from the main street in Pefki where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from to eat. Recommendations for places to eat: Sunset (onsite) Greek Story Harmony Artemis. We have always enjoyed our stays here and will definitely return for another stay again. The hotel group does have a fair number of returning guests, with some returning several times every year.

This hotel is just the best.All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much for them.the rooms are comfortable,well equipped and spotlessly clean.Breakfast is included in the price and is very good with an amazing choice.will definitely return

Love this chain of hotels. Great service from start of holiday to the finish. 2 bed Family room was enormous and spotless. Everything you needed. Pool bar staff were great and very friendly. Good value on drinks and food. Perfect for the beach and nearby restaurants too. Highly recommend.

Greeted warmly at reception when we arrived, they assist with luggage if you need and have buggies to transport you if it too far to walk to your room. The room was huge, big comfy bed and the kitchenette was stocked with all the things we needed to prepare simple meals. Air con included :) attractive blue railings around the balconies and the gardens are kept beautifully. Pools were all fab, lots of choice being able to access all three hotels in the complex, which meant a choice of bars too. Food from the bars was tasty, burger, cheese and bacon chips and the pizza were highlights! Hotel staff were all fabulous, but particular mention MUST go to Nikos, Michaela and Dmitri who were exceptional! 🙏🍻🍹 also the two we didn't get names of but dubbed the 'dancing man' and my 'greek grandad', gardening/maintenance(?) who were absolutely delightful ❤️ pools were lovely and clean. Would recommend highly! Thank you 🙏💙🤍

Friendly courteous staff, rooms cleaned every day, wonderful breakfast buffet, 5 pools, 3 bars, really cant fault this hotel in any way. Thank you for a lovely holiday. This must be the best hotel in Pefkos, and we will definitely be going back.

Chilled atmosphere that is truely unbeatable . We booked two days before arrival and it was the best holiday ever! A long review because there is just so much to say about this little bit of heaven on earth . The hotel is spotlessly clean , staff are absolutely amazing making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive . The rooms are of a good standard with , toaster,sandwich maker , cooker rings kettle, iron and ironing board. Yes the shower is small but it’s powerful clean and does the job. The bests are comfy and huge , aircon is very welcomed and powerful . Towels and bedding is changed daily and the maids are gems ,so friendly and really appreciative of the tip we left when leaving . Upon our arrival we had a complementary anniversary cake , wine and a congratulations note. Really lovely touch ❤️ There is a well stocked supermarket on resort that has absolutely anything you could need and more , where again the staff are so friendly. We were bed and breakfast and it was honestly the best breakfast we’ve ever had. So much choice from pastries,fresh /dried fruit bacon ,egg ,pancakes ,cheeses ,breads cakes , yogurt fruit ,honey , carton drinks choice of juices apple, orange,carrot ,fresh milk ,almond milk,bottled water and ice. The restaurant start are just amazing working hard to make sure food is stocked and things run smoothly. We also ate at the pool bar on numerous occasions, the taziki and breads are a fab snack , we also had the club sandwich ,gyro plate and wrap . We ate at the Meze restaurant where you made to feel really special with table services a selection of lovely wines and a choice of yummy traditional Greek dishes. Again amazing staff. The pool area are clean not once did we have to search for a sunbed for four of us and we usually went down around 11. We loved this , me and my husband spent lots of time at the adult pool which was pretty much empty and so chilled no music just the sound of the crickets in lovely surrounding gardens ,our teenage children used mainly the island blue pool which was also not overcrowded. Evening entertainment was fantastic we really enjoyed it. Whilst we were there we enjoyed , a rock,funky town,driffters and karaoke evening . Entertainment finished at about 11.30, you could then sit in the comfy seating area and enjoy chilling. The evening bar is fantastic with a good choice of drinks all freshly made and of a good standard the staff are so kind, fun and nothing is to much trouble. The area is just honestly breathtaking so beautiful , local wildlife,growing fruits and flowers. The beautiful beach is a 5 mins walk away down so steps. Soft sand with crystal clear waters . Sun-beds are 20 euros for two which is about standard however if you are using these daily for a family of 4 works out expensive . I think perhaps a package deal for hotel users could be an idea ? We paid most because it was so worth it. There isn’t really anywhere you can just pitch up a towel as the water comes in

***long post*** Due to winter holidays being booked and the recent terrible UK weather, this was a last minute getaway with TUI for some quick sun so we expected cheap and cheerful. We were very impressed and pleasantly surprised by this resort. It has a traditional beautiful atmosphere, and not commercialised like some of the larger hotels. The resort is split into 3 sections - Island Blue / Pefki Islands / Lindia Thalassa - with a total of 5 pools between all these areas (ref to photo of map). All pools can be used but one is adult only which is at the Elia restaurant where breakfast is normally served. Also, which i thought was great, we were advised by another family who regularly holiday at this resort, that pool hoping at different local hotels was absolutely acceptable as long as drinks/food were purchased. We didn’t have time to do this but it’s definitely something we have noted for future visits! We stayed in Pefki Islands, ground floor apartment that steps directly out to the pool. The room was immaculate and cleaned this way every day of our stay. Generous in size. As per other reviews our shower space was extremely small but again we wanted cheap and cheerful so this isn’t a complaint, it’s more of an FYI when booking as they’re not all this way. We found the apartment to be well equipped to our needs, everyone is different but we only required the kitchenette for quick snack making for the children, keeping drinks chilled/frozen. Some other reviews highlight the additional charge for the use of air con, but we did not have to pay for air con only the safe which was 30 euros for the week. It’s probably worth a quick email to the resort directly to enquire before booking. We found the air con to be powerful and cooling, no issues. The room also had an iron/ironing board with ample wardrobe space. TUI need to update their website photos, the TV in rooms are all flatscreen however the beds and room size are accurate. Beds are very comfortable. We stayed under a bed and breakfast package and found the breakfast true to reviews, it was awesome. Probably one of the best holiday breakfast options we have received. So much on offer, from a huge selection of fresh fruit, yogurts, continental, pastries and your cooked breakfast. Something for everyone. Breakfast was located at the Elia restaurant which was a 2min walk through the resort or along the outside of the resort from our room. As stated our room was pool facing, which did tend to get loud from the entertainment arranged by the resort, BUT, it’s a holiday resort with other people enjoying themselves. It wasn’t rowdy it was just loud that did tend to finish by 23:30. And in all honesty, our days were busy with beach visits and exploring that we would normally get in by 23:00 and zone out noise as we were so tired.
