Hotel świetny, przy morzu- wystarczy przejść przez ulicę, plaża płatna. Blisko różnych atrakcji, obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna, pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie, bardzo blisko tawern i restauracji, w hotelu nie słychać szumów z ulicy. Hotel bardzo dobry jako baza do zwiedzania wyspy

Sytuacja wyglądała następująco: w lipcu zrobiłem rezerwację na pobyt w grudniu. Pod koniec października otrzymałem wiadomość mailową, że hotel planuje się zamknąć na koniec sezonu i że moja rezerwacja będzie nieważna. Powiedziano mi, abym zmienił sobie termin. To oczywiście nie było możliwe, ponieważ wszystkie inne usługi na tej wyjazd zostały już zaplanowane i opłacone. Poinformowałem o tym hotel z prośbą, aby znaleźli inne rozwiązanie sytuacji. Na odpowiedź hotelu czekałem 6 tygodni, a odpowiedź przyszła 1 dzień przed terminem wyjazdu. Doprowadziło to do bardzo stresującej sytuacji, ponieważ przez długi czas nie wiedziałem, gdzie będę mieszkać. Po dłuższym czasie oczekiwania na odpowiedź postanowiłem poszukać czegoś innego na własną rękę, co kosztowało mnie nerwy, czas i skutkowało zwiększeniem założonego wcześniej budżetu. W swojej odpowiedzi, która przyszła na dzień przed wyjazdem oprócz alternatywnego noclegu hotel nie zaproponował żadnej formy rekompensaty. Z winy hotelu nie mogłem zrealizować swojej ważnej rezerwacji, dlatego ostrzegam każdego, aby zastanowił się, czy chce na pewno zrobić rezerwację w tym hotelu, ponieważ hotel może nagle zdecydować się na zamknięcie hotelu.

Przede wszystkim musicie sobie odpowiedzieć na pytanie - czy chcecie leżeć w resorcie czy zwiedzać zarówno samo Rodos jak i całą wyspę. Jeśli wybieracie to pierwsze - zmieńcie hotel (jest tu nieduży basen i SPA). Jeżeli wybieracie to drugie - ten hotel jest dla Was. Nie jest ogromny, co było dla nas dużym plusem (zawsze szukamy niedużych hoteli), jest w doskonałej lokalizacji (wcale nie było nic słychać z "czerwonej" ulicy obok), pokoje są przestronne, bardzo czyste (sprzątane codziennie), śniadania bez zarzutu, ale przede wszystkim - PRACOWNICY. To jest złoto tego hotelu. Nigdy nie spotkałem się z tak uprzejmą, pomocną, troskliwą i po prostu kochaną obsługą. Panie z recepcji są po prostu wspaniałe (pomogą zawsze, wszędzie i we wszystkim), zawsze witają z szerokim uśmiechem i aż miło się wchodzi do hotelu po całym dniu zwiedzania. Panie ze śniadaniówki witają szerokim uśmiechem i życzliwym Kalimera odmienianym w każdym języku. Panie sprzątające także przemiłe. Atmosferę hotelu budują ludzie, którzy w nim pracują i tutaj na prawdę można to poczuć na każdym kroku. Bywałem w - z pozoru - bardziej ekskluzywnych hotelach z większą ilością gwiazdek, ale nigdy, przenigdy nikt nie traktował mnie z taką troską jak tutaj. Po prostu czujecie się jak w domu. Minusem jest widok z balkonu na następny hotel, jeżeli nie macie pokoju z widokiem na morze, ale... taki problem, to nie problem :-)

Hôtel très bien situé avec pleins de très bons restaurants autour. Attention toutefois à la clientèle jeune qui vient pour faire la fête et se préoccupe peu du dérangement en rentrant. Face à l’hôtel une très belle plage de galets avec transats mais aussi coins pour poser sa serviette. Elli beach se trouve à 7mn à pied, là vous trouverez une eau plus calme avec activités. Les chambres avec piscine sont sans intérêt à mon avis. Elles sont en rez-de-chaussée donc toutes les chambres à l’étage ont vue dessus et il s’agit plus d’un jacuzzi sans bulle. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe qui est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont bien nettoyées, attention toutefois à penser à réapprovisionner en thé. La salle de petit-déjeuner est à revoir : que des tables de 4 donc on attend parfois une table alors que la moitié des sièges seulement sont occupés. Le buffet est varié avec tous les jours des spécialités différentes. À la demande : œufs brouillés ou omelette ou œufs frits. Beaucoup de choix salés et sucrés. Salle ou plutôt couloir de sport à revoir également : matériel vieillissant et pas de Clim ! Superbe coucher de soleil tous les soirs depuis le balcon vue mer visible je pense à partir du 5ème étage car sinon bâtiments devant. Je réitère mes remerciements à l’équipe du petit déjeuner, de l’accueil, du bar … Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel où nous avions plaisir à rentrer après nos visites même si la piscine ferme un peu tôt à mon goût à 19h 😉

J'aurais voulu mettre 10 étoiles à cet hôtel !! Les chambres sont exceptionnelles et que dire des suites avec leurs piscines privatives!! L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé à quelques minutes des restaurants et commerces et une quinzaine de minutes à pied du vieux Rhodes. Le personnel de cet hôtel et d'une gentillesse extrême à l'image de leur directrice ..à l'écoute de chacun des besoins de leurs clients ils se mettront en 4 pour faire de votre séjour un enchantement. N'hésitez pas non plus pour aller au restaurant les plats sont d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Venez à Rhodes c'est une île magnifique !!

Hotel molto pulito, bravissimi i receptionist e colazione assolutamente varia. Peccato per i vari blackout causati dagli incendi a sud dell'isola ma si sono sempre fatti in quattro x rimediare prima possibile ai disagi. Inoltre mi hanno dato un posto riservato per l'auto proprio davanti l'entrata. Complimenti e buon lavoro!

I don't usually write reviews for things, but we just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The standards were very high and all the staff we met: at reception, breakfast, the bar and cleaning were all helpful and friendly. We also ate twice at the hotel (besides breakfast) and we thought the food was excellent.

The receptionists are professional SCAMMERS, who treat you as a wallet rather than a person. I have been to many hotels around the world, but this is the worst service I have ever seen. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. They saw me many times entering the hotel to visit my parents (once I passed a bunch of employees from the reception and bar gathered in a corner, drinking coffee and talking instead of working), but only some time later they stopped us and insisted that I need to pay for a VISIT, although I was living in another hotel nearby and visits are always for free. When I asked politely to give me the contact details of the hotel's MANAGEMENT to give them the written review about the unprofessional service, the receptionist REFUSED saying that she has to know the exact content of the review before giving me any contact details and when I refused, she said that I am nobody to make a review, since I am not paying for the visits. Similarly, when she was told that my parents can leave the review to the management, she REFUSED to give the details as well justifying it by the fact that staying for 1 day in the hotel is not ENOUGH to leave the review. After arguing she proposed me to write it on the paper, so she will check it and later on maybe pass it to the management, which obviously she will not do. In addition, she DEMANDED in a very impolite manner my personal data, which I was not legally obliged to give her. She could not even explain, how my data will be processed. I hope that the management of the hotel will notice, how their employees are earning additional money by means of scam and treating people as wallets that have legs, and the potential customers will be informed and will not become victims.
