I am handicap made advanced reservation for requesting downstairs. Arrived and told IF .i couldnt climb stairs would be $7.00 plus tax for downstairs. Pass deadline to cancel! Room was disgusting (i could oberlook lld chipped and damaged furnitire BUT missing door lock, door not aligned and open gap could ser putside, moulding away from baseboard and tripped, metal edges from toilet paper holder hanging from wall, tv remote didn’t work and tv sotting on top of dtesser, poor patch job, burn holes in blanket. Clerk said nothing wrong with room

We arrived in Rhome, TX, in the wee hours of the morning. Check in was easy and we had a room on the first floor, which was nice. No events were going on at the time, so there were not very many guests staying at the Motel. We had a good experience as the room was clean and quiet. Fine for an overnight stay. Everything worked fine and the beds were comfortable. We were pleased with our stay.

I did not stay. Trailer parking is 1000 yards away up a steep hill on the other side of a small retail area. I am hauling a million dollars in product with a $75,000 truck. I was not told how far at check in, she only said “DQ”. I returned for a refund, and was denied. She said “no refund policy”. Fine, whatever, I’ll dispute the charge with my CC company. Stayed at a competitor ten miles up the road. Worst M6 experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve stayed at dozens of them.

They charged our credit card for 2 days for a 1 day stay. Will not reimburse us either.... Room had bugs, 1/2 inch gap in door where someone could look into room, TV did not work, Sheets on one bed were stained... now they need a 200 word review so this is bs DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Do not stay here. Front desk guy was extremely rude. Not accommodating at all. We asked for extra towels and were told “No, we can’t provide those to you. Why do you need them? Did something happen?” I will never even think about staying here again. No how, no way.
