卡迪夫機場凱爾特國際酒店

We used the hotel for a one night stay as we wanted to explore Barry Island before heading onto Pembrokeshire. It really helped break the journey up. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and let us park up in the car park and get an uber down to the town before check in. Sadly the bus was not stopping outside the hotel when we were there so spent about £18 in taxis. We arrived back at the hotel and checked in with a lovely lady who also served our drinks at the bar and helped us setup the pool table. We slept well although the bed/matress was extremely soft. We had a family room and must admit was quite dissapointed on first impression, it was very shabby looking, not unclean, just worn. It just didn't look like the family room pictures online so my expectations had been higher. The Bathroom smelt a little too. The worst of all was it was an extremely hot day and the room was stifling, which is not the hotels fault but the fan provided sadly did nothing to help. Overall for the money we paid for the room it was fine for our needs, I just wish we had of had one of the rooms advertised in the pictures as they look lovely.

Staff were extremely helpful, provided good customer care, room very clean,  however, the beds and mattresses in the family room we had were of low quality and too basic!

工作人員非常友好、樂於助人，不過下次我們預訂住在這裡時，我們一定會要求住在酒店後面，遠離主幹道和停車場。房間需要通風，但在趕早班機之前，我們在巴里島度過了一天，所以讓臥室的窗戶開著感覺不太好。由於飲食要求，沒有在那裡吃飯，他們足夠好，在冰箱裡放了一些小東西來滿足我妻子的需要。飯店外面有便利的巴士站，也有計程車，不過我們步行去機場，因為天氣很好，而且我們來得很早，週日交通很少。

房間大，服務好，如果是5顆星，我會給那個3星飯店，只是早餐很簡單
