"I never stayed at place more dirtier then this one.. After I notified the management that I will have my kids staying with me they gave me a smoking room which I didn't know until I walked into it. First thing as i opened the door was a bad smell of cigarettes that's when I knew it was a smoking room. Lucky kids where still in school and not with me at that time. After a quick look around with my wife we started to notice other things that were unsanitary for the room, which was burned cigarettes holes on the bed covers , dirty air filter cover for the air conditioner, and dirty ironing board with no iron whats the point of having that. Then i made my way to the restroom which got worse the light switch looks like nobody ever cleaned it or wiped it down, the bathtub floor was really dirty like then don't know what comet or ajax is, shower rack rails had dirty finger marks on them and the towels that they put in there look like someone used them and folded them an put them back to be used again. After we found all these things I started to take pictures to show management. The manager then said that the room is brand new and that. Nothing he can do, which is a big load of you know. He said that he can't give me a discount or move me to a different room and that I don't need to show him any pictures of room and that I don't need to posting reviews about this situation. So with that being said I forced to stay in this unfit and unsanitary room because he don't want to give me my money back or switch rooms.. so I want everyone to know what I have to go though before u consider staying here this place is a definitely no go unless you have no other option witch there is plenty of other places you can stay at then here."
