Lieu très agréable, paisible, bonne énergie, superbe espace extérieur avec piscine. Le personnel et les hôtes très sympa, le plus est une cuisine mise à disposition et studio de yoga. Je recommande ce lieu.

What a GREAT surprise. No regular Motel experience here. Like staying in your Grandma's House. Everyone staying has a place set for Breakfast. Great Conversation and trip discusions. Breakfast is all local sourced, really good! Yogurts.Jambs, Breads, Fruits, eggs. and coffee your way! I met all German people and had a great time. Did a local hike with the owner and some guests. This was a great start to a wonderfull trip!

We stayed in Munivida last year, returning in 2023 felt like home again and even better! If you are looking for quiet, homelike, sustainable and authentic place, taken care by truly dedicated and loving people - choose Minuvida. Great and cozy accommodation, immersed in lush green, offering breakfast with local food as well as cooking facility. Lodge easily accessible from every part of the Island and featuring private parking. This stay was a very special indeed: I was stunned by BIG SURPRISE engagement party that was secretly arranged by lovely Minuvida team and my girlfriend! We had it all: guests, romance at fireplace, sacred ceremony and home made engagement cake! Can not wait to return!

Beautiful cosy place with friendly environment and sustainability at heart. Clear instructions for everything In English and Portuguese. Large beautiful garden with a common kitchen, yoga studio, hammock and a swimming pool. Two very calm dogs and few cats are roaming around. Loved it.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place: the setting, staff, food, yoga and experience overall were all delightful, inspirational, heart-warming, soul-stirring and fun. From the morning cappuccinos to the farm-to-table feast (upon request), from the hikes to the exceptionally good, spiritual yoga, to being able to pick a salad fresh from the garden, my friends and I loved everything about this place. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great. It rains a lot here so expect a bit of mustiness and moisture.

Minuvida is centrally located in Sao Miguel. The hosts are warm and will help with restaurant suggestions, reservations and ideas for fun and scenic activities. Minuvida is very conscious about sustainability and are thoughtful about how they encourage guests to be also. The breakfasts are scrumptious and fresh. The pool was clean and a great temperature.

This location is led with passion for the environment. The owners are leading it with love, attention to details and attention to every guests. A small talk here, a little chat there. The pets of the house are as well the pets of the guests. Everybody welcomes you. We loved the guest kitchen and the garden area, while breakfast was basically more like a local discovery travel, that was not fully filling your stomache. The concept fits. It is traditional, with the comfort this brings...and everything feels like well balanced out. Definitely a good choice.

Had a great stay at Minuvida. Luis was a wealth of information and super helpful every weekday during breakfast. He also was able to recommend places to see and things to do, make reservations, and give us "insider tips" like where to park. Jaoo, one of the owners, took us on a great hike that we never would have found on our own. The property had a lot of space and was a nice central location to get to other sites and places on the island during the day. Our room was nice as well and had everything we needed. It was also helpful to have breakfast daily and a place to store some groceries for snacks and small meals. We had a covid "incident" when it was time to return home and they were really wonderful, helping navigate the system and make sure all was taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had great expectations of this visit to Minuvida, and they were surpassed beyond anything I could have imagined. The property is beyond stunning, from the beautiful gardens, serene nooks and crannies, and the yoga studio to the property itself, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. There is so much to do on the island, but I would have been happy spending all my days there. Our hosts Rimi and João were absolutely delightful and knowledgeable and kind. The food was heavenly. As someone who generally likes to travel on to new places, I would return to Minuvida a thousand times over. One of the best trips of my life, in large part to our hosts and the amazing staff. And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the adorable dogs and cats, who also were gracious, funny, and kind co-hosts.
