SureStay Hotel by Best Western, New Inn Richmond

Fabulous place in Richmond with massive rooms and impeccably clean. New owners have have everything running like a well oiled machine. Our go to place in Richmond from now on! The location is also outstanding walkable to everything. Also rooms are quiet.

We chose the Motel based on the reviews on trip advisor. Our stay was excellent, the room large well appointed and extremely clean well maintained and comfortable. It is very close to shops restaurant s and easy to find. Definitely will stay again and recommend to others

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the New Inn Motel Richmond NSW and cannot speak highly enough of the service, cleanliness and comfort we experienced. Our room was spacious and clean. From the moment we arrived Gordana and Helen made us welcome and fulfilled all our requests for the four days we were there. They were friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Good service, very neat and clean, but sadly, very noisy and this persisted through the night. Room 1 is closest to the road and has too much glass facing the traffic. Rooms at the back of the building may be quieter. AC was also very noisy and is the old style box in the wall.

Neat & tidy. Had a 3 nights stay and to my surprise the bed was made up after the second night, the fridge restocked with water and clean towels were provided. Just lovely. We were tossing up staying longer and in the end decided to book and extra 2 nights so we could see the sights further. Happy to recommend

A great basic motel for a one night stopover. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are big and comfortable. Room is very clean and spacious there is enough room for a family of four to relax before/after a day out in the city. Conveniently across the road is a train into city, which helped us immensely during our stay. We stayed here for a family function. he location of the motel is nice and quiet at night which is also a huge bonus.
