里奇蒙I-70 温德姆唄盟旅店(Baymont by Wyndham Richmond I-70)

The stay was good we needed something close by the interstate. I called ahead to inform that we would come in really late the man that answered was awesome and took care of letting the night shift know. With that being said check in was super late and the woman didn’t talk much which was fine because we were exhausted. However, there was no communication on check out time, breakfast hours, or how to get to our room (or where the stairs are). The bed was super wobbly but I didn’t care, it was comfy and slept well! If we happen to be on this route again we’d probably stay again.

The hotel wasn’t awful and the rooms are decently sized. My issue is that it clearly wasnt cleaned properly before I got there. There were dirt stains on the comforter and hair all over the bathroom.

Requested 1st floor for wife disability, " None Available" puts us on second floor " OH No Elevator" and Key card maker broken desk clerk has to let us in manually. Room smelled bad had to spray with Lysol spray

The room the first night was super hot and when i talked to the front desk i was told there was nothing they could do. I was in my room with the air on 65 and i was sweating.

Decor, carpeting looks 50 years old. Room oversized and spacious. Staff is very helpful. Pool was out of commission. Breakfast was tasty and extensive.

Stay was as expected, except they were having issues with the key cards, so no self access, though as stay was for 1 night, It was not a problem for Me, but still inconvenient.

Decent hotel for price. Their key machine was not working so the front desk person had to come up to let us in. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was decent.

Decor is dated. This place could use a good refurbishment and refurnishing! Still a good value.

Continental breakfast was good. No elevator, but it is only a two story hotel. Beds were comfortable.
