里士滿雪特旁普希爾頓水療酒店

Got upgrade to two queen beds, very comfortable.  In door garage easy loading luggage in bad weather.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast à la carte.

Hilton was the best hotel with excellent staff always ready to assist you in anyway possible. The driver of the shuttle was the best part to me , very down to earth and lots of fun to talk to and just get to know the area.job well done to all of the staff . 5srars for me . See you guys very soon again …. Latesha and Chris

Nothing special. Few tv channels to choose . Staff was preoccupied on their cell phones or chit chatting with coworkers at the front desk to help .

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton in Short Pump! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Every interaction we had with the staff was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

i was promised a bathtub and they didn't deliver and when i asked about it they were dismissive and rude
