希爾頓里士滿Graduate酒店

There was a clump of hair in the sink when we entered the room. The toilet handle was broken causing the water to continue running and not filling the bowl. Only one of three elevators were working.

The Staff was great - valet team, front desk and counter servers. All were engaging and helpful. The issue we experienced was that only one of the three elevators was operating which resulted in ridiculously long waits. On Friday morning the wait resulted in us being late for an important meeting. These need to be fixed.

I enjoyed my short stay here, friendly staff. I have been trying out different hotel near VA Hospital, for about 2 years since I have to stay overnight due to the new Amtrak schedule.

I felt like some of the fixtures were dated. Like the shower floor was painted over. Not much in the way of tv channels. The food was okay at the restaurants. My only real aggravation was we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready, but they were very nice about it. Valet parking services were excellent, although pricey.

Our key did not work with 3 trips from lobby to 4th floor. A very kind front desk worker came with us on the 3rd attempt to see what was wrong. He enlisted an unapologetic manager to finally determine that maintenance was required. I asked if we could get a drink voucher or something to compensate us for our inconvenience. She said she had "run out of drink chips."

I was in Richmond for a conference and the location was convenient. Parking is not included but I parked in a lot less than a block away for a reasonable cost. The design of the hotel is very cool and it seems to be staffed by students. The bar and restaurant looked very cool but I didn’t eat there.
