I was disappointed ☹️ n the quality of the quality of the hotel. Our room was dank and musty. There were stains on the furniture. There was virtually no sound proofing and the hvac was extremely loud especially when it turned on or off. Shower suddenly went cold but adjusted after a few tries. Folks working there were nice, but definitely overpriced for the poor condition of the facility.

Visiting my family for the holidays. The Hilton Richmond Downtown was clean and the staff was very friendly. Even the poor souls who had to work on Christmas day were friendly and helpful! Also, Biscuits and Honey is right around the corner...best fried chicken I have ever had!

This is a great facility with really fantastic service. Everyone we ran into from the front desk to housekeeping to room service and valets was super friendly and over the top helpful. That's a game-changer. It's also a perfect spot for theaters, trendy dining, and shopping. Would absolutely choose to stay here again when downtown.

No cups or coffee in rooms. For the price it is extremely subpar as compared to other facilities. Staff in dining venues are rude and disengaged. The bartender just disappeared. The restaurant for breakfast was poor and staff seemed put out to even provide a table and service. The only friendly staff was the valet. I would expect a much better culture of service. Almost felt like apologizing for even staying there. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Hilton.

The property is conveniently located across the street from the convention center. A short walk or Uber to plenty of dining options. Room has high ceilings and a comfortable bed. Apparently they allow pets aa well. I enjoyed my stay. Will book again.

We were very disappointed that this hotel charged additional ($40 nightly) for parking, and WiFi. It also didn’t offer complementary coffee unless you make it yourself in your room.

You had to run shower for at least 5 minutes before the water would run hot. Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. Front desk was less than helpful with small requests. Much more…. This hotel is simply not worth the price tag. It’s convenient to convention center, that’s it.

Front desk was very accommodating with our last minute check-in at 4am. Our daughter was in the hospital and we drove from out of state to be with her. They took care of us quickly and with compassion. The shuttle to the hospital was a bonus for us.

It’s not a good experience, I wanted to get something for second and third day but no one answered, also I found 2 bugs in the room, those scared us.

We had parked our car in the convention center parking that was located next to the hotel as we would be attending the following day. Our car got broken into and several items were stolen.

Close to theaters, restaurants walkable ,excellent mid evening eating and bar options in hotel. Breakfast spread was great even though you had to pay. Big rooms comfy bed good shower quiet hallways.

Our first stay but loved it. Modern, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Great dining and hospitality choices.

I have to say this was one the most uncomfortable, unsatisfying stay at a hotel for the price. When we arrived a group of employees were standing behind the counter having a great time while we waited. When at breakfast the hostess was very rude, the most unprofessional hostess I’ve seen in a long time. We asked about your breakfast menu, your hostess cut us off, never answered our questions which were very simple. She abruptly grab a copy of a menu and shoved at us. We left your establishment and spent our money elsewhere. Their was a young man that stood out to be the kind of employee that I would have at my company. He overheard my granddaughter and her mother was asking her what she would like to have to eat, she said ice cream. The guy yelled out and went and got her some ice cream. That guy brought huge smiles to everyone in our family. What a nice guy.
