普瑞米爾倫敦里士滿酒店(Premier Inn London Richmond)

Siempre nos había encantado este hotel. Está última vez nos ha decepcionado bastante con la limpieza. No te limpian la habitación ni aún avisando el día antes y reiterándole a la camarera de habitaciones. No importa los dias de estancia. Te dan unas toallas nuevas si las pides y ya está. El servicio es bastante peor que la última vez que vine en 2019.

Awesome service by Armond, thanks for making us feel welcome, we were late getting to the hotel, nothing was a problem at all. The rooms are comfortable, we asked for extra pillows late in the evening and they were delivered no problem. Will come again.

We stayed here after arriving by train. A nice easy walk from the station . We had a room on floor 2 , facing the back which was fine. Very pleased to have a window that allows fresh air in! Perfect base to walk to Kew Gardens along some of the very pretty tree lined roads of Richmond. We also caught a train to Windsor for the day , which was a beautiful town to wander around . Keen to come back and explore more!

Room 108 Directly overlooking the main road which wouldn't matter if you could close the window. Unfortunately, you won't want to as the heat in the room is like a sauna. The room is directly above the reception area so maybe the hot pipes run underneath the room? Anyway, uncomfortably hot. The room smells of damp mold and is next to the main fire door which means every open and close shakes the bed. Black mould around the bath. Comfortable mattress, good shower flow and friendly staff at check in. A fairly unpleasant experience from a guest perspective.
