This Holiday Inn is great! It’s very clean and lit up very well all around the property. We stayed in a king suite and it was very clean. The pillows were so soft and the bed very comfortable. We got to breakfast a little late but the attendant there was so nice to my kids and I. She helped us prepare our breakfast and didn’t rush us at all. We pass through the area a lot and I will be sure to stop here the next time we need to find a place to rest.

Check in representative was extremely helpful with a duplicate booking error. Also the employee who manned the breakfast area was friendly, courteous and very of cleanliness! Great experience! Will stay again.

First off, I've stayed here before and loved it last time. That is why I booked here this time. This time we noticed the toilet wouldn't flush. It was late, and we were ready for bed, so I figured I'd call in the morning. In the morning I called the front desk twice. Nobody answered either time. When we went down for breakfast I stopped by the front desk. First thing he told me was it wasn't him who didn't answer because he just came on shift. Next he said that maintenance was off on weekends so he couldn't call them, which doesn't fix the toilet problem. At breakfast, almost all food was out. What was there was not good. But the worst was that trash was piling out of the trash cans. People were setting there trash next to them due to no room. This will be my last time staying there.

Stayed overnight after visiting friends. Place was clean. We had to wait for someone to check in but we did arrive after the NFL draft finished. Bed was comfortable.

Great stay! Everyone was very welcoming! Our room was very clean! I left my eyeglasses in my room and they shipped them to my house. I would highly recommend Holliday inn express Ridgeland!
