Breakfast was very disappointing. They whole area was not cleaned. I was first person there and I had to remind them it was time to turn on the lights. The sink was dirty, waffle iron looked like it had been used, no orange or apple juice in machine, they said they were out. Microwave had somewhat f looked like flour around the base. It looked like the food had been placed in there last night and left till morning. Coffee machine/ coffee did not taste like coffee. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Staff looked like they lived there carrying the baby around on their hip, they did not try to show any empathy with the winter storm issue. I left a Day early so as not to get stuck in the city, they would not give me any kind of discount for the day, no empathy. My door was unsafe, as if someone had busted through.

El lugar estaba impecable, exactamente como en las fotos —incluso mejor en persona— y contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía cómoda y tranquila. Se notaba el cuidado en cada detalle. Además, la ubicación es excelente: cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, y sitios de interés, lo que hizo todo muy práctico tanto para el trabajo como para disfrutar un poco de la zona.

The rooms need to be upgraded! I didn’t have an iron in my room and when we asked about an ironing board they didn’t have that! The lamp on the night stand was broke and the plug on the lamp didn’t work. Only one plug on the wall worked, the ac didn’t have buttons on it they were tore off so I had to just guess what was what! The breakfast is okay they need to cook those sausage better. The phone didn’t work!

Always love to stay here…it’s comfortable and close to everywhere I need to go and I live here in town but use hotel to escape family !

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. We will be back soon.

I accidentally book smoking room rather than non smoking. At check in I asked to switch rooms and was told there was none to switch to. When we got to the room it was really bad and the bathroom door was broken and would not shut. The tub/shower safety bars were also missing making it a danger for seniors. We reported this to the front desk and was politely told there was no one to come fix the door. We wiped the entire room down and got lots of the nicotine smell out but it was still very strong. We do not feel we should have to pay a premium price for this hotel room. Ugh. I’m getting so tired of being promised a super nice room and getting shafted. On the plus side the carpet was new and beds comfy.
