Toilet did not flush…. They fixed…… toilet did not flush…… I fixed Room floor filthy!  Towels never changed.  Room never cleaned up.  Room was not available until 6:00 pm.   Ugh!  We waited and waited and waited! Front desk was friendly but could not get room ready.  Your female staff had lovely clothes and hair and makeup like they were going to a pro….. I never saw them do anything!  Ugh! I’m not sure where your linens are for this hotel, but one of the reasons we had to wait two hours with while they washed and dried the linens to put them back on the bed. Are you kidding me!!

The location is perfect, overall the hotel is nice; however, the room we were in was really worn in certain areas. In particular our bathroom. There was a hole in the wall covered by a piece of paper. They were also short on towels. The staff on duty during our stay was really friendly and helpful, so I definitely appreciated that. The breakfast was horrible. Eggs were watery, oatmeal was awful, bread stale. The photos posted in the hotel showed a breakfast that made me look forward to breakfast the next morning, we got there and realized we were duped. I gave 3 stars because the staff and location made up for the some of the other issues.

Upon check-in on Monday, we found our toilet not working. Due to the hotel being fully booked we were told there wasn’t another room to move us to. The front desk was informed and we were told it that maintenance could check it on Tuesday as it was too late on Monday to call them? We were out during the day on Tuesday at our conference and I returned to find the toilet still hadn’t been fixed and hadn’t even been seen about. At check out on Wednesday, I informed the new clerk about the issue. She added it to what looked to be a page long list of issues and said sorry. Nobody from the hotel attempted to make it right.

The room I had was in great condition. There was one cup under the small coffee maker and it was dirty. The breakfast either wasnt completely set up when I went to get coffee or it was and the choices were slim. The coffee was good but only creamer there was loaded with sweetner, all 3 choices, and for someone that cant have sugar that was not doable. Other than that my stay was pleasant and comfortable.

The toilet seats were too low. There was NO room service. Was not given instructions on weather to request it or not.

Good room. Elevator floors were dirty and sticky…something spilled but was not cleaned up. Good location and value price.
