瑪利波普酒店(Mari Pop Hotel)

Unsere Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer war völlig unpraktisch eingerichtet. Keine Ablageflächen, keine Nachttische, nicht einmal einen Kleiderhaken oder eine Garderobe. Im Badezimmer stand als einzige Ablagemöglichkeit ein runder Balkontisch. Sieht eher nach einer Verlegenheitslösung aus als Design aus. Im Bad gibt es keine Duschabtrennung, sodass nach dem Duschen das halbe Bad geflutet ist. Die in der Buchungsbestätigung erwähnte Minibar existiert nicht. Der Tresor funktionierte nicht und wurde auch nach Reklamation nicht repariert. Die eigentlich sehr schöne Rooftopsauna besitzt eine einzige Dusche, und zwar genau am Eingang, sodass man beim Betreten, meist auf eine Schlange von Gästen trifft, die darauf warten duschen zu können. Wenn man nicht als erster da ist, findet man keine sauberen Badetücher mehr vor, dafür stolpert man am Eingang über einen Berg benutzter Handtücher. Abgeräumt und mit sauberen Handtüchern aufgefüllt wurde nicht. Das Personal ist von sehr unterschiedlicher Qualität, von sehr freundlich, bis unmotiviert. Das einzige, was wir vorbehaltlos gut fanden war das Essen, das auch für Vegetarischer eine reichhaltige Auswahl bot. Fazit: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Medialer Auftritt, weicht weit ab von der Realität.

Sensationelles Essen auf höchster Qualität! Ich habe selten solche eine hochwertige Frühstücksauswahl gesehen. Sogar halbe Avocados lagen bereit👍 sehr ruhig gelegen, moderne Zimmer, Pool und Sonnenterrasse. Skilift ist 4 min entfernt

Wir verbrachten hier vier Tage mit unserer kleinen Tochter in einem 38m² großen Familienzimmer. Für den stolzen Preis (Nebensaison inkl Halbpension gut 400€/Nacht) war der Aufenthalt leider durchwachsen. Wirklich positiv hervorzuheben sind eigentlich nur das gute Frühstück, das sehr gute Abendessen und die schöne Gestaltung des Essbereichs. Unser Zimmer war zwar neu und gepflegt, die "Bergaussicht" bestand aber aus einem sehr unspektakulären Blick auf einen Baum, zehn Meter gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Zudem war die Ausstattung teils seltsam (Fußboden hatte was von Krankenhausflur) bzw. unpraktisch (keine gescheite Ablagemöglichkeit, keine Nachttische, keine Kleiderhaken...und das in einem komplett neu gestalteten Hotel...). Saunabereich unter dem Dach zwar sehr schön und mit toller Aussicht, aber viel zu klein (Kapazität für 5 Leute). Poolbereich mit Garten nett, aber ebenfalls eher klein, keine besondere Aussicht (Nachbarhäuser drumherum). Dazu Renovierungsstau im Hallenbad/UG-Wellnessbereich. Service jung und freundlich, aber offensichtlich großteils ungelernt und ohne besonderen Drive. Mail-Kommunikation im Vorfeld bzgl. Spabehandlung umständlich und mehrfach fehlerhaft. Insgesamt muss man eher proaktiv nachfragen und eigenständig mithelfen, um etwas zu bekommen; das ist für den stolzen Preis schlichtweg ungenügend. Ein Beispiel: Während unseres Aufenthalts sind wir und andere Gäste regelmäßig vom Pool nach oben an die Bar gelaufen, um Getränke zu bestellen und diese dann meist selbst mitzunehmen. Es kam nicht einmal vor, dass jemand vom Personal eigenständig runterkam um nachzufragen, ob wir noch einen Wunsch hätten... Für Kleinkinder gibt es einen ganz netten, aber dunklen und nicht weiter spektakulären Spielbereich innen. Zusammenfassend sollten die Hotelbetreiber versuchen, nicht nur mit hippem Design aufzuwarten, sondern den Gästen auch eine echte Verwöhnatmosphäre zu schaffen. Wäre das Mari Pop in einer teuren Großstadt, in der man viel mit Sightseeing beschäftigt ist, würde ich das Hotel als ganz coole Homebase durchaus weiterempfehlen. Für einen Urlaub in den Bergen, in dem man auf dem Preisniveau eigentlich Rundumversorgung auf gehobenem Niveau erwarten kann, ist das Gebotene eher eine Enttäuschung.

I visited the hotel a few years ago before the renovation, they did a great job. Rooms are not the biggest ones in the area but nicely furbished, cosy and with an excellent shower. Staff is extremely friendly, restaurant is good. Breakfast is superb, I really like that somebody is baking you fresh eggs. Covered inside pool is nice, warm, outside pool at 18°C is a great experience after a sauna. What can improve: parking space and the EV charger was not reachable, the whole week another petrol car was blocking the usage of the charger. The hotel is hip, just a tiny bit more planning of the tables in the restaurant in the evening and you will be unbeatable. My congratulations for the young new owners.

This is an amazing hotel and is really one-of-a-kind! We stumbled across it when looking for hotels with vegan options, and the food was the main reason for us choosing to stay here. We were certainly not disappointed! We stayed in a half board basis, but the hotel also puts out a lunch/cake buffet, included in the half board price. The breakfasts had a good selection, with many vegan options. The dinners were the real stars of the show, though. Each night we were served a four or five course vegan meal, each course delicious! The options were varied each day and all original, creative and really tasty! We were staying in the guest house. The room was really nice with a balcony. The only slight issue was that it was unseasonably hot while we were staying and there is no air conditioning in the guest house, so it was quite hot in our room, but it wasn’t a great problem. I’d recommend staying in the main building in the summer months for this reason. We enjoyed the swimming pools and spa facilities, particularly the sauna and quiet room on the top floor. Staff were perfectly polite and helpful, despite our limited German. The location is quiet and peaceful but easily accessible using train or bus. We will definitely recommend to others and will hope to return ourselves!

Where do I start? My sister and I visited Mari Pop for a few nights as part of our Europe trip. It was such a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. From the moment we checked in, we were taken such good care of. The reception staff is amazing and very on top of things. I had been wanting to check out Mari Pop because I'm vegan and heard good things about their vegan food options. Let me tell you, I've been to several vegan-friendly hotels where the options are decent, but Mari Pop's are above and beyond. From the full breakfast spread (vegan butter, yogurt, cheese, delicious pretzel rolls, etc.) to the 5-course vegan dinners, I definitely recommend opting for their half board package. Glad we did. I'd go back just for the food. Next, the design of the hotel is well thought out and beautiful. And lastly, the scenery is just gorgeous. We had a room with a deck overlooking the town and it was lovely. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a recent ski trip. The location was only 3 minute drive to the main chairlifts. We drove and parked although the ski bus stops right outside the hotel. This hotel was outstanding. The amenities, the rooms, the food were all exceptional. Most of all though, the staff were brilliant. Helpful, busy and kind. We rescued a tiny baby rabbit that was being attacked by two cats and one of the staff kindly gave it a home. Konrad the Rabbit is safe and well in their hands :-)

14 night stay Jan/Feb 2022 Accommodation: I stayed in to guest house over from the main hotel. The room was compact ( my choice), but very well laid out and all fixtures and fittings to a high standard. Resturant: On a half board basis. Breakfast was continental, and all was to a high standard. Dinner consisted of 4 courses. I was pleasantly surprised by the chef’s efforts- over the 2 week stay. Each course was prepared well, with excellent attention to detail. Each dish contained hidden flavours and textures. Really well done, shows real passion. Staff: The staff were fantastic, keen to help with any request and offer advice. They even went the extra, when I forgot my travel adapter, and also when I had issues getting my return PCR test. In summary the tittle “boutique hotel” is well deserved. The Mari Pop goes above and beyond expectations.

Dit hotel is ongelooflijk en overstijgt alle verwachtingen ! Het hotel Is onlangs prachtig gerenoveerd. Het is sfeervol, schoon, design en licht van binnen. Heerlijke wellness beneden voor kinderen en familie en boven een rooftop wellness voor alleen volwassenen. Liefdevolle sfeer en zeer vriendelijk personeel . En dan het eten…..we zijn best wat gewend maar dit overtreft echt alles! Elke dag een verassend uitgebreid menu met ruime keuzes tussen vegan en niet vegan en elke gerecht is zo smaakvol ! Bizar hoe goed chefkok Manuel kan koken. We zijn verliefd op dit hotel geworden!!!
