Stayed at this hotel just one night before heading to San Marino. The location is superb,just two blocks from Rimini train station. The hotel is at the corner of street. The lobby is clean and staffs are very helpful. The room is clean and spacious,not very modern but very neat. I have the corner room at the highest floor with good view and a small balcony that can stand there to enjoy the view. The bed is average,the bathroom is bright and water power was excellent. Room provides free coffee and tea, a small safe and slipper. The breakfast was average but adequate with hot items. Coming out from lobby turn right,walk strait then you will arrive at Piazza Tre Martiri, the old part of Rimini. The stone bridge of Rimini also walkable around ten minutes from hotel. Surrounding the hotel don’t have eating place,just a simple chinese restaurant in front of the hotel. But at old town there are plenty of restaurants. As this is a business hotel then no swimming pool and kids playing area. Considering the location,then highly recommended for those who plan a short stay in Rimini.

Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

這是一家“設計”酒店,從接待處起步很原始,但是房間(然冷,不舒服)有一系列問題。沒有東西在牀旁裝手機(和小便),電視幾乎放在牀邊,你有,可怕的新型燈,在你瞭解哪個開關點開或關掉之前,花了很長時間...不談牀旁的小燈,從極度光,同時它們不停,不不,室有一系列問題,不分的,光極少。總之,似乎建築師或設計師沒有考慮到酒店房間所需的基本需求,只考慮設計和審美,這其實是可疑的。我發現的兩個點是積極的:人事,禮,專業,和優質的早餐,服務不錯,人人非常好!

This hotel is perfectly located between city centre and the beach. It’s also easy access to train station (10min walk) and bus 9 (airport). The bedroom was fine and bathroom was roomy and shower was good. Air con was pleasant. I didn’t try breakfast or restaurant. The safe had no keys but we eventually found them. My two quibbles: no one answered any of my emails so I had to call to double check they weren’t shut due to COVID 19 or something ; (annoying!) the cleaning starts at 7am, and frankly, the maid is the noisiest person ever. Imagine a hoover on the room next to you at 7am when you went to bed at 2am! The walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbours, which is not great, but cleaning staff can be scheduled for a more godly hour. I had the worst 3 mornings ever, up hours before I intended to be. As many travellers complained and clearly the hotel doesn’t care, I am giving only 3 stars.

位置離火車站沒有想象的近，但酒店還是不錯的，在別墅羣裏面，很有感覺。設施也還行，還有免費早餐，在歐洲高水平的消費中性價比還是比較高的

Albergo che si trova fronte stazione di Rimini, a 5 minuti dal centro storico e a 10 minuti dal mare. Nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione questo non da fastidio a livello di rumore. Colazione esigua ma sufficiente. Buona la pulizia. PET FRIENDLY.

Hotel looks a bit outdated and design is also old- fashioned, but I hardly ever had as comfortable stay as at hotel Bellevue. First of all because everything is meticulously clean and cleanliness in No 1 priority when you stay at the hotel. Staff - super friendly, helpful and nice. Location - best location you can stay in Rimini. 1 min walk to the beach. They upgraded us to the room No 306, which was super comfortable. Thank you very much for making our holidays so comfortable.

Sono sul treno che mi riporta a casa, a Benevento, via Bologna. Dopo aver trascorso due giorni presso l'Hotel Villa Adriatica di Rimini per partecipare al congresso nazionale di Proteo Fare Sapere, un'associazione professionale di insegnanti e dirigenti scolastici. Hotel Villa Adriatica della catena AmbientHotels, che seleziona, ritengo, gli alberghi migliori, di qualità. Rispetto alla posizione, alla struttura, ai comfort, ai servizi collaterali, all'accoglienza: in albergo uno si sente a casa propria. Per merito soprattutto del personale, sempre disponibile, gentile, altamente professionale. Grazie mille. Mi piacerà, appena possibile, ritornare all'hotel Villa Adriatica di Rimini. In breve tempo, tra prenotazioni telefoniche, messaggi whatsapp, rapporti diretti nella hall dell'albergo, ho avuto di conoscere e di apprezzare Andrea, Benedetta, Francesca, Maria, Marida... dimenticherò qualcuno. The hotel is located on a quiet side street 3 blocks from the beach and one block from the Metromare station which lets you catch a cheap, regular and convenient bus running on its own dedicated roadway either further down the coast to Riccione or 2 stops to the central railway station in the other direction. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet with an excellent bed, balcony and lots of space. Also a kettle and teabags. The staff were all very friendly and professional, speaking good English, and we were given a present on departure. The breakfast was amazing with really fresh and good-quality food and drink and many pastries, breads and other items specially made on site. It also catered plentifully for vegans and those wanting a range of plant-based milks. The hotel emphasises environmental awareness and offers abundant recycling facilities, e.g., as well as electric car charging points and the option to rent an electric or other bike. Warmly to be recommended.
