德索勒公寓(Residence Del Sole)

The hotel has a good position, near the beach and restaurants, but it needs a lot of maintenance and repair work. We had the 2 beedroom ground floor apartment (with terrace). Some things were fairly clean (sheets, blankets, towels) but it needs a lot of mantenance. The furniture is old and cheap, the shower stall has all kinds of horrible dirty corners, the bathroom the same (like old plumbing in the wall), the shower stall glass is put in place with glue and you cannot open a side of the door, the walls have blood stains from killing mosquitoes. The terrace was dirty, those cheap 2€ chairs should be replaced, they’re old and gross. Also, there were a looot of mosquitoes, even if at restaurants or in any other outside place in Rimini there were none. Probably it’s because of the unclean shrubs and plants on the terrace. Also, no insect screens on the windows… It has a small kitchen, but nothing was provided, not a microwave, not a toaster, not even salt… the frying pan was horribly scratched, it should be checked and replaced regularly. For 110€ per night you should get much more and the owners should take care of their hotel. Probably you can find a better one for the same money.

Alors maintenant je comprend que cette résidence n’es pas cher !!!! Aucun accueil ! Pourtant nous avons vu une femme au cheveux rouge qui est sans doute une employée ou même la femme du propriétaire de la résidence ! à part nous dire « ciiiaaaooo » même pas de présentation ! Juste un code par sms et ont devais se débrouiller tout seul ! Appartement très mal insonorisé impossible de s’endormir le soir et le matin déjà debout à 6h !!! Aucune surveillance ,la poussière n’en parlant même pas … c’était à la base une semaine de repos c’est devenu une semaine de nuit blanche pratiquement plus jamais cette résidence…. Et de plus pas de chaîne étrangère que des chaînes italiennes à la télé ! Même pas une cafetière normal à la place une vieille cafetière italienne pour même pas 2cafes … ! Ou même un micro onde ! Bref honteux
