Honestamente todo horrible. Cuando llegamos, nos dieron la habitación que no era de nosotros. Después, cosas con la habitación no está funcionando como el jacuzzi. Pudimos usar el jacuzzi pero no hasta más tarde en la noche que eso no queríamos. Y los más que no me gustó fue que básicamente nos sentíamos atrapados ahí. Siempre le teníamos que decir a alguien que nos dejar salir or entrar. El día que nos teníamos que ir al aeropuerto para nuestro vuelo internacional, nadie nos estaba contestando para salir del hotel, porque había un portón y la única moda para salir, es escribir o llamar al staff que nos abren el portón. Estuve llamando más de 15 veces y tardó casi 25 minutos para que alguien nos abra el portón. No había comunicación ni organización del hotel. Tuvimos una mala experiencia y nunca voy a volver a este lugar. No recomiendo que se queden acá.

The personal they ok but any time we want to go in or out we has to Text the owner one nigh the power when off and nobody was able to open the main door we take a danger way to get in to the property before he put this place for rent he need to udtate and fix a lot stuff no air conditioning the hot water is messed but he was very responsive any time we text i think he need to update to offer to the public

No fue facil encontrar la propiedad. Podtian mejorar lass instrucciones para la llegada, por medio dr un correo electronico antes de la llegada.

Baño peligroso, vidrio suelto, olor a cañería fatal. El lugar está bonito pero muy descuidado

El lugar está en un muy buen estado. Solo el agua de la regadera no es constante en la temperatura, pasa de fría a caliente constantemente.

Good location near Rionegro airport and Llanogrande area. The friendly service provided by the receptionist and the well-equipped villa we stayed in are worth mentioning. It has a good supply of kitchenware and a laundry room. However, we did not have a comfortable stay, as the shower drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair, and although they promised to unclog it, they did not, and I had to do it myself after the bathroom and part of the room were flooded. I used the washing machine and it also had a water leak that flooded the laundry room. The bathroom smelled bad because of the drain, as the smell of sewage came back up and permeated the entire room. The Wi-Fi was very poor, and the signal did not allow for a good internet connection. The hotel managers definitely need to make adjustments and perform maintenance, or they will lose their customers. I appreciate that the manager offered us a courtesy for the inconveniences we had, but I still have to leave my opinion since I did not receive a good price-to-comfort ratio.

The staff member Claudia was outstanding. She made me feel at home and very welcomed. She also met every request that I had and made things much easier for me. Thank you!

Beautiful area!! Exquisite property. No closets or drawers, construction noise, no remote to go in and out of gate, on demand system is not vented,so carbon monoxide leaks under the laundry room door when hot water is utilized. No taxi or uber will pick you up at the address. We tried numerous times over a week stay. Attentive host.
