Beautiful place with amazing personnel, nice, helpful, and friendly. The location is away from the town, but ideal when looking for a place to enjoy the quietness and the beauty of the nature. The breakfast was amazing, super tasty. A place to repeat.

We booked a junior suite for 3 nights through ***********. The website stated that the hotel had a spa and restaurant. When we arrived we paid the money and were then told we had to tell them what we wanted for breakfast the next day. When we queried why we had to order in advance we discovered that they did NOT have a restaurant. We were then taken to a small room NOT a suite. When we said that we had booked a suite we were told this was a suite because it had a separate bathroom! We then showed them the picture on the *********** website of the room that we had booked and were told that it was a picture of a suite not a junior suite. We then said that we would not be staying as the room had been misrepresented and asked for our money back. The young man on reception (who was actually the only employee there) said he could not do that and that he was not authorised to give refunds. He was only authorised to take money. We had to return after 6 pm to find someone who gave us a refund

Tatiana, Mabel n Juan are all first class people n very accommodating to the guests! I can’t remember other names but they were extremely helpful n courteous!! I spent 10 days so I got to see a lot

Nuestra observacion es que a la habitacion asignada le entra mucha luz de noche, lo cual hace incómodo el sueño. Y en ese tipo de habitacion sería mejor una cama de mayor tamaño que una doble y otra sencilla porque queda todo muy apretado

Es una belleza de lugar , la atención es magnífica de todos del lugar , definitivamente volveré

Hotel is nice, but located off main roads. Transportation to and from the property is challenging. Great staff, wonderful breakfast. Spanish speaking only!
