Service was nice and food was really nice .... welcoming people and great hospitality and memories to take back....Arati was also nice....mainly room deco and service of stafff was simply outstanding.....hightea was arranged nicely ...

One of the Best hotel in rishikesh where we stay The room is so beautiful and comfortable And the view from the room and the breakfast area was good The perfect place from which to explore Helsinki Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back."

Rooms was very nice and good view was awesome, property was really maintained nicely , courtesy of staff added beautiful flavour to our stay, high tea was really nice and attentive staff helped through out stay.....we will recommend it for its service and approachable features

Very bad experience..especially the food in the Sitting Elephant roof top restaurant. It was overly expensive...and the food was tasteless. We had booked 3 rooms and the rooms seemed dark at night, because of kind of lights in the rooms... They would stand next to you and would insist on giving 5 stars for the stay as they would say, that it helps them get incentives. Overall, I would say that, stay is still ok, but food should be avoided at all costs.

Service was excellent, food was delicious rooms were well maintained , ganga Arati was well arranged. Front desk team was really sweet and professional for our stay ….we are taking back good memories…..highly recommended and appreciated

This is one of the besr property in rishikesh. Front office team did very warm welcoming to all of us. The view was supurb from the hotel. Excellwnt servixes given by staff. I would recommended this hotel to everyone, should visit here. Great hospitality.

Prompt service, prompt information and heritage class of room with best tidiness and arrangement of Ganga Aarti is main plus for the property. every team member made the effort for my comfort which is highly appreciated and recommend…. Grow and do service in same class which will grow your name
