布里斯託爾酒店(Bristol)

Insieme alla mia famiglia, abbiamo deciso di prenotare in questo hotel per un appoggio comodo e pratico per una notte e due giorni tra un Lunedì ed un Martedì a due passi dal Lago di Garda. Siamo stati invogliati dal buon livello di eleganza e qualità dell'albergo ed anche dall'interessato prezzo, prenotando durante la stessa mattinata del 1° giorno a poche ore dall'arrivo per il check-in. L'hotel Bristol si presenta di livello e ben curato, disponibile al suo interno anche un'area dedicata sia al ristorante che alla colazione di qualità, con prodotti tra cui il cliente può orientarsi. L'accoglienza è stata ottimale nei confronti dei clienti nella hall d'ingresso, hanno verificato i dati della prenotazione e ci è stata consegnata la chiave per poi poter accedere alla camera doppia prenotata. La stanza si presenta ampia di livello, in cui all'interno è presente letto matrimoniale, armadio ampio, cassaforte, riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, vasca, ecc. È disponibile parcheggiare gratuitamente e senza prenotazione un parcheggio all'interno del giardino dove poter tranquillamente lasciare la propria auto durante le ore notturne. Il personale è qualificato e riesce a trovare ogni soluzione per l'esigenze dei clienti che sta ricevendo e dando assistenza durante l'intera permanenza all'interno dell'hotel. Sicuramente torneremo a trovarli nel prossimo futuro. Pienamente soddisfatti per la scelta fatta pernottando all'interno di questo grand hotel. Altamente consigliato per futura nuova clientela. Abbiamo alloggiato presso questo hotel la settimana dal 16 agosto per 3 notti con le nostre bimbe e una coppia di amici anche loro con due bimbe ..hotel molto ordinato e pulito , personale fantastico e molto accoglienti con gli ospiti anche con i piccoli .Cinzia alla reception ottima nel sistemare le problematiche efficente e preparata .. bellissima piscina ben curata e pulitissima .. hotel un po' lontano dal centro per chi come noi non ha voluto prendere l'auto e appresso aveva dei bimbi cmq fattibile .. Buona colazione , migliorerei un po' la cena .. nel complesso buono ..

Really disappointing food and the room was appalling. Who has electrical cables showing in the bathroom? The window sill was coming away from the wall. It’s certainly not a 3 star hot and the owner was quite rude. The breakfast was more than adequate so let’s be honest here but the evening meals were not up to scratch. We went elsewhere to eat in the end.

Stayed in this hotel on a coach trip with Leger Holidays.. The food was very good, a choice of meals for starters and mains. Lovely salad bar every night for evening meals, breakfast was also very good with good selection of food available. Staff were really friendly and the owner Fabio was a true gent. The pool was also great. The rooms were average but overall it was a very pleasant hotel to stay in and we would definitely go back again, really enjoyed our stay there.

Stayed here for 5 nights as part of the 14 night Leger Picturebook Italy Tour. The staff our lovely...friendly and very professional and helpful. The rooms are adequate..some are much better than others..beds are made every day and cleaned..fresh towels and toiletries. If you can get a balcony that is a good plus. The pool area is good and clean. Excellent choice for breakfast. The only thing that lets it down is the evening meals. Meals are child size and bland and quite unusual....mothing like what you get served in Italian restaurants. I imagine it is what working class people on a budget have for their dinner. All in all it was not a bad stay...town centre is a nice twenty minute stroll away and there are three good shops (Lidl,Co-Op and MD) walking distance away to get your beer,wine and snacks from for your room. There are no tea making facilities in the bedroom , so take your own kettle,tea bags and cups.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as part of picture book Italy tour with Leger. Single room I was given was tiny with 1 small window looking out over some waste land. Basically really depressing. It was clean but in need of decorating and the furniture needs replacing. One wall was covered in scuff marks but I soon discovered it was from suitcases as there was literally no where to put it. Now on this holiday I paid over £300 plus as a single room supplement but was given in this case the worst r but is so lovely compared to the area arooom in the building. Breakfast was okay each. Evening meal was awful, one day we had a deep fried cheese toastie with a hidden ANCHOVY in the middle. Another day was a veal escalope with a tuna sauce. It was inedible. The first night was shin of pork with a huge piece of shin bone still attached. Awful. The old town of Riva was a good 20 min walk away but was so worth it. The area around the hotel is not great a few shops but nothing for tourists. Hotel does have a lovely swimming pool.

The hotel is quite old. The bathroom really shows signs of its age, dark tiles and a shower curtain. The hairdryer is from a century ago. It’s clean, though. The breakfast is ok, nothing special, no variety of fruits and a few choices of bread, the coffee machine is good. The air conditioning is ok. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again for the price I paid for a last minute booking, but I guess the regular price is ok.

Bom, quando reservamos o hotel dizia que tinha ar condicionado, mas a funcionaria disse que o mesmo só funcionava em julho. Conversamos com o chat do ********** e fomos muito bem atendidos, na manhã do dia seguinte falamos com outra funcionaria e ela disse que era norma do hotel não fornecer o controle do ar, mas falou com o gerente e o controle apareceu no quarto. Nos pediu um deposito para a chave do cofre até ai ok, mas disse que era para garantir não ter que vir buscar no Brasil.
