Breakfast was great, hot and cold options. Beds were hard and not comfortable (this was the opinion of everyone in our party who was in 4 different rooms). 1 room had sewer smell in room and had to be relocated. Food in restaurant was cold and bland. I was told its usually good, so maybe we went down on a bad day.

It’s the best place to stay in River Falls, but I felt like it might be slipping a little. The closet door was off the hinge and broken. The ice machine was broken and they said you could get ice at the front desk and we’re very stingy with it. The ice bucket was very small as it is and they only gave us a little bit. We ended up buying a bag at the gas station across the street. I know it’s minor, but there were a few things like that.

Our 2 Queen Room was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and spacious. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Parking in the inside garage was great with the snowy weather we live in. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants was easy. Breakfast was small but good selection of cold and warm food. No complaints with this place

They jacked up the room rate for a big football weekend. Floor was obviously not vacuumed, food scraps, lint and other stuff on the carpet. Very little toilet paper on the roll and no extra roll in the bathroom. Luckily, won't be staying there again. Not worth the money!

Clean room. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance was outstanding! Had a problem with my heating unit when the weather turned cold; he responded within 10 minutes & fixed the problem. Front desk staff provided info about the city and answered all my questions. Disappointed in breakfast.

The room was not what we reserved - two queen beds instead of a king, the hot tub was not working and even though we mentioned that was what we were most looking forward to when we checked in the representative didn’t mention it. There was live music playing directly outside our window as we attempted to sleep and the air quality in the room was so poor we really wanted to open the window. Even after the music stopped loud voices continued outside and in the hall until 2am. There was mold on the air conditioner fins which probably explained the smell to which my partner was sensitive. It seemed the hotel was relying on its fabulous location alone. The most irritating part of it all was that we were in town for a funeral and thought spending the extra money to book a Radisson brand hotel would ensure an excellent worry-free stay. After spending over $200 for that brief and disappointing night, we checked out and spent the rest of our trip at the lovely Country Inn where we actually had a king bed and an in-room jacuzzi for half the price. I’ll not make the mistake of trusting the Radisson brand again.

Drove for 4 and a half hours to get here. We arrived around 12:30 pm. Our check in was at 3:00 pm. We were told by the hotel clerk that The hotel rooms were all booked or not ready by the cleaning staff just yet. We were happy that the hotel clerk was able to check us in an hour earlier which we were running late for a wedding party anyway. After the wedding and a long day of driving the hotel stay was wonderful and comfortable. The hotel staff was great. Thanks for a wonderful long day and stay.

It is really difficult to rate a place higher than a 1 when you pull the bedding back to go to bed and there are dark stains on the sheets where you would climb in to sleep! No person could make a bed and miss this- when spoke to front desk the night gentlemen was nice enough to bring sheets up so we could make our own bed before going to sleep! Morning desk person said nothing she could do as ******* has already paid them for the night! NOTHING you can do? You just said you were paid and now you cannot credit me for this unacceptable inconvenience when you have your money! We paid $300 for the night and this is the cleanliness of the room!

Room was nice and clean. Bed was too firm for me, but that's relative to personal choice, so won't reflect that in my ratings. Second time staying here and both times were a good experience. Breakfast was good.
