Great customer service and friendly staff

The lobby was locked but was directed to a side door to check in via a plexiglass window. Got to the room and opened the door, we were immediately greeted by the smell of **** and alcohol. Bed was unmade, open beer bottles scattered about, and trash here and there. I went back to the (lobby) and asked for my money back. The person was nice and said "no problem" and that my money should be refunded in 3-4 days and 4 days later, my money was returned. I would definitely not suggest this place! This place was absolutely disgusting. Thanks

Let me say this very short and brief. This was a absolutely the worst hotel that we have ever booked with you all. From the cleanliness to the lights in the room flickering all night. The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Same on this hotel with did nothing about the issue that were brought to their attention. This was a waste of time and money.

The room itself was decent, pretty clean. However there were a couple of things that could be improved: The room service phones didn't even work, the bathroom sink would get clogged and the entrance door didn't have a proper lock.

Good hotel, comfortable. Terrible reception, we had troubles with them. Breakfast just cold muffin in the reception, be advised. They entered the room and did a very bad organization!!!! No new soaps.

Bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly and as we were leaving parking there was an accident that didn’t allow us to leave .
