愉快的住宿體驗，非常溫馨舒適的地方，設施齊全，配有餐具和盤子。 無線網路有點不穩定，其中一個水槽似乎有排水問題，但除此之外這是一次愉快的體驗。 史蒂夫很容易聯繫並且樂於助人 - 當我們探索這座城市時，我們必須在退房時間之後將行李留在旅館。 強烈推薦。

We stayed here one night and it was perfect for what we needed! We are a family of 5 with 3 young adult children and it’s hard to find a hotel room to accommodate 5 people. Steve was very nice, present, let us check in early and leave our bags the next morning while we toured the castle before catching our next train. His communication was excellent before and during our stay. The room was clean. The shower was hot and with good water pressure. The garden out back was a lovely place to sit and read. Location was very good - very close to the castle, stadium and main shopping area. I would recommend.

Booked this hotel for May 17th this year unfortunately never got to stay here as i booked this hotel through Booking.com,I received a message from the inn to say that the price on the room had gone up to £395,I could either pay that or cancel my room as the original price on the room was £86 and that's the price I booked it for, unfortunately i had to cancel as i can't afford to pay that price.The reason i was given by the hotel is a major event is now taking place and the hotel can now put there prices up so as i was paying for my room when i stayed there they could increase there prices,i am absolutely devastated as i was taking my mum away.

Such a lovely apartment, beds were comfortable and the decor was very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Also very easy to find and lots of parking nearby.

Great time and clean. Steve was in communication when we needed him and very kind. Was very close to city center. Would stay again.

We had a lovely one night stay at The Harlech apartment. The apartment’s facilities were great, with lots of lovely touches - the shower especially was fab! The owners gave very clear instructions for accessing the apartment and lots of additional information for a stay in Cardiff. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

the place is spotless and very nice however I was disappointed and upset that we were charged £500 forgone night, the reason was that the town was fully booked because of Bruce Springsteen concert so the hotel took advantage of it, I can understand trying to make money but this is daylight robbery

Steve was very accommodating. We arrived a bit early and not wanting to pull our luggage through Cardiff until check-in, he let us keep our things at the property. The locations is close to all attractions and shopping, and the price was right for a large family.

It was a lovely clean accommodation, which suited more than 2 people wonderfully. Can't complain, it was very comfortable and welcoming.

Excellent communication and really easy to park and access the property independently. Had everything we needed for a short stay in walking distance from the centre for a very reasonable price.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and stylish. Location amazing. Just do not use the nearby NCP, it cost £32 for 5 hours. Shame the parking permit was rather limited.

I just stayed here with my son, my friend and her daughter and we had such a pleasant stay. The Caerphilly Suite was spotless and each bedroom was cosy and spacious. I'm not sure how the sofa bed was supposed to work but it didn't matter to us, we were happy to just use the beds which are SO comfortable! The suite was equipped with a fridge, a microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, a selection of teas and snacks and a complimentary fresh milk in the fridge! The bathroom was sparkling with lovely clean towels, toiletries to use and despite being in the centre of Cardiff, not a single noise bothered us from outside all night - we all slept very soundly. Even the room temperature seemed to be perfectly planned - none of us were ever too hot or too cold!! Oh and last but not least, the WiFi works brilliantly! Steve was very friendly and helpful, especially as we had some miscommunication with our booking. I would not hesitate in recommending Inn Cardiff and I will most definitely stay here again. It's the perfect location - a stone's throw from Bute and the centre. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Really handy for city centre, plenty of newsagents and takeaway establishments around the corner and about a 5min walk into the city centre, easy for train links from central station. Room was really good, nice and tidy, lovely shower and appreciated the tea, coffee, milk and snacks left out for visitors. owner sent clear instructions on keys and access to the property and how to get through to the room. A ver enjoyable stay and would recommend for others
