Homewood Suites by Hilton Cathedral City Palm Springs

Great location close to downtown and nearby ******s. The pool area is relaxing and refreshing. The included breakfast has fresh fruit, sausage, eggs and English muffins and waffles. Great way to start the day.

Nice place to stay. It was a short straight forward drive into Palm Springs. Nice quiet location with a great pool. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had in a hotel that included a free breakfast. If you want to be in the heart of Palm Springs it isn’t the place to stay but if you want to have a quiet getaway a short distance to town it’s great.

The location is close to everything and the room was so nice and clean!

The facility is very clean and upgraded. Not all staff are friendly and helpful. The lady that works in the kitchen seems irritated and annoyed whenever guests ask her for something. She was not willing to help at all. The front desk during my check in was extremely helpful and friendly very welcoming. I think her name is Christina “Tina” King. I hope I got her name right. She is such an asset to the company. She is very approachable and kind. One guy at night at the front desk was also helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. Young Caucasian man. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when in the area.

The hotel rooms themselves are very nice and clean. The lobby of the hotel is under massive renovations, so that may be a deterrent for certain visitors. Once the renovation is done though, this property will be stunning. Staff is fantastic and the views of the mountains from the back patio (with gorgeous fire pit tables) are amazing. That said, the location is set back a bit from everything so not too convenient for a visit to Downtown Palm Springs. All in all, a nice clean stay that suited my needs.

The staff was superb! The property itself is still is under construction so it is a bit noise. My bigest problem was the bed it was horrible super hard and lumpy. AFTER about an hour of tossing and turning I ended up sleeping on the couch. 2nd problem the shower head was extremely loud it made a lot of noise didn't effects the water pressure but very annoying, Also the water stayed warm but never got Hot.
