Checked in and the clerk threw my id across the counter at me and never even greeted me. Got to my room and the door was propped open by the door lock with all the lights on. Definitely did not feel safe. Mattress was so completely worn out I rolled over and off the bed due to the sloping. Grab bar in shower will never be of use to anyone behind their shoulders….. Lobby and breakfast area seemed very clean though

The staff is friendly and helpful when present. Went for help and nobody was at the front desk even though I could hear people socializing in the back. They had a sign posted that they were gone and would be back. After a long wait I left with problem unresolved. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Large water stains on the ceiling were the only negative. I like the bathroom shower. Overall the room was clean. The breakfast at all Hamptons are subpar. Bread was stale. They were out of orange juice. The so called omelets are not very good and are the only egg option. I am not expecting much but they could do much better given the cost of a room. They did have a waffle maker and a good selection of cereal. The jelly and cinnamon rolls were so-so. I just think they could do better. Overall a nice place but there are better out there for the price. One benefit is that it is close to the Rose Center. The reason we selected it. However, can be a little difficult to get out of during rush hour.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, however the smell of **** in the hallway at bedtime was overwhelming. I have asthma and it really affected me. Would have been great if not for that issue. I asked for money off but they said since we booked through a third party they could not help us.

Modern look and amenities were excellent, breakfast options were many and good (especially the omelets and coffee), staff were helpful, friendly and unfailingly courteous. But make the elevator less noisy.

I did asked the front disk why they charge $25 deposit, I'm been told , the have to check the the room to make sure nothing is missing or damaged. This is weird

A good place to stay. Only 2 issues, our tv didnt work for 2 of 3 days; it is in a very congested area (to many trafic lights).

Hotel was extremely short-staffed. Room lacked basic amenities like an ice bucket and drinking glasses. Housekeeping failed to arrive to clean room even after being explicitly requested to do so. At night, other guests slammed doors and ran yelling through the hallways without any response from management. Would not stay with them again.

Didn't get the room i had requested. Had very poor desk attendant when i checked in. 3 times i had too go to the desk for issues and waited . For soms reason attendant was always in the back room.

Rooms were decent but communication was an issue and staff were not especially accommodating. Property was not well kept up, elevator in bad condition, showers not functioning properly. Towels were asked for and never received.
