Es hermoso por dentro y fuera pero tienen algunas mujeres trabajando en el frente que son poco amables, no todas son iguales dos de ellas fueron muy amables pero una en específico fue muy grosera y muy mala actitud hacia nosotros

It was average. Christmas tree was beautiful. The cafes treats were delish!!!! Cannot get a coffee until 7 (which I was shocked by) half the employees were very kind, the other half were almost rude.

I did not like that the spa was closed during my stay. I was really excited to experience it.

Shower didn’t drain well but room was clean and the staff was Great! No dinner restaurant open except for weekends…

The hotel was so beautiful and quiet. Staff was friendly and professional very welcoming. Very good value. Will stay again

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Was less busy than thought would be on Thanksgiving. Was nice, just busy enough.

I booked with ******* and after booking an incorrect day for check in. I was told I was able to move the check in date to the next day. And stay one night not two. The manager approved it and coordinated with *******. We went to check in the next day by 4 and when I went to check in said there was no reservation. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no one around. A manager proceeded to come to the front desk. So not only did the staff lie, nobody was understanding I already got charged for one night and I booked two. I was told I could check in the next day and went to check in. Stated my reservation was cancelled. We traveled 3 hours away and had to travel back because ALL hotel rooms were not available.

We were in MO/KS for 3 nights to visit family. Stayed here our last night just us two…we wish we had stayed there all weekend. Loved it! And for the price outstanding. We will be Bach.
