I booked with ******* and after booking an incorrect day for check in. I was told I was able to move the check in date to the next day. And stay one night not two. The manager approved it and coordinated with *******. We went to check in the next day by 4 and when I went to check in said there was no reservation. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no one around. A manager proceeded to come to the front desk. So not only did the staff lie, nobody was understanding I already got charged for one night and I booked two. I was told I could check in the next day and went to check in. Stated my reservation was cancelled. We traveled 3 hours away and had to travel back because ALL hotel rooms were not available.
